I came in to get a new cabin air filter. I knew what kind I needed but it was not on the shelf where it was supposed to be. I asked one employee for help, and he said he would get back to me after helping another customer. Great. Well I waited for about 5-10 minutes, the customer he was helping left, and he never came back. So I went to the front and asked the same question. This employee asked if I was sure I had the right air filter picked out. I assured him I did. He then insisted on looking it up in the computer (spoiler alert: I was right) and then walked over to the shelf where the air filters are to see if it was actually there (it was not). He finally went to the back and found one for me, and then instead of ringing me up, insisted I use the self-checkout which DIDN’T WORK. Another nice employee came to help me and rung me up on his computer. I will not be returning to this store, especially when so many other auto parts stores exist and are much friendlier and helpful than this one.

Vishal at AutoZone was very helpful regarding getting my Brembo rotors ordered; however, he only ordered 3 of 4 rotors I needed. No disrespect intended but how do you only order 3 when I clearly stated I needed 4. It’s a car, common sense should tell you I need 4. I had to go back to the store and have him order the 4th rotor. He did discount the 2 day shipping fee so I appreciated that part but nonetheless I would have preferred to have all my parts ordered and received on the same day.

I came into this AutoZone location around 4PM with a simple request: charge a car battery that had been sitting for about two months. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from start to finish.
When I walked in, the clerk barely acknowledged me - he was busy chatting with a coworker, gave me a dismissive side glance, and muttered that he’d “be right with me.” Not a great first impression. Bear in mind, there were no other customers in the store at this time.
When I asked about charging the battery, he told me I’d need to bring it inside, which I expected. However, at other AutoZone locations, staff have helped me disconnect and bring the battery in—something I assumed was standard customer service.
This time, the clerk came out to glance at the battery, then told me he couldn’t charge it because “it had already been charged before and wouldn’t hold a charge.” Keep in mind—they never tested the battery. I explained that even a partial charge would help, as I needed to jump-start my car that morning. He reluctantly said I could bring it in and then casually asked if I needed tools to remove it myself.
Then he just disappeared. Never came back out, never followed up.
I ended up going to a different AutoZone where they immediately tested the battery (it was perfectly fine), didn’t question me, and had it fully charged in about an hour.
If you’re looking for reliable help, I’d recommend avoiding this location. Customer service here was dismissive, unhelpful, and not up to the standards I’ve come to expect from AutoZone.

My husband and I absolutely love this AutoZone location. We have been coming here consistently for over three years now. The staff are so honest and helpful. It is a completely different experience than the O’Reillys that is down the street. We come here often and we love that we can trust the staffs recommendations. They go above and beyond for us. We are so grateful.

I've been to a lot of Auto Zone locations over the years in different parts of the country, but I don't think I've ever had an experience as bad as the last 3 times I went in to this location a few weeks ago when I was working on fixing up a few things with my car. 2 of the 3 times I went in, no one even said hello or asked if I needed any help, despite there being 2-3 people standing behind the counter each time I came in. They were either just standing there looking at me, on their cell phones, or chatting amongst themselves, not paying any attention to what was going on in the store. When I would go up to the register to ask a question or try to check out, they would just stare at me after I asked the question or just continue looking at their cell phones or leaning against a wall, chatting. Even after I had found what I needed on my own (without any help from the employees,) I would stand by the register with the item in my hands, and they would still just stare at me instead of asking if I was ready to check out. Not only this, but the one time I did manage to corral someone away from the registers to ask a simple question, the employee did not have the right answer and just started telling me information that I already knew was incorrect since I had already tried that part on my car. I'm hoping I never need to go back to this location again, since this is hands down the worst experience I've had in an AutoZone store, and the fact that it happened multiple times in the same week shows me that it wasn't just an isolated incident and this is just how the store is run.

Great Simple Service
