I bought a windshield wiper replacement that flew off my windshield on the interstate only a couple weeks after purchasing it. I recovered the blade and duck-taped it back on, then told the Auto Zone staff member what happened. He replaced it without any fuss and made my week! Good people!

On the Christmas eve I had battery failure. I drove to AutoZone from Kirkland. Arsenni demonstrated awesome customer centric attitude. Arsenni helped me a lot,.guided me how to install battery. thank you very much AutoZone and in particular to Arsenni for raising the bar on customer service.

Guy says "how can I trust you" when I return an already opened and tampered bottle of coolant, and treated my as a thief.I've purchased 1 gal bottle of coolant from this shop, arrived home only to notice the coolant has leaked everywhere from the bottle, and as I check the seal is already opened by someone and the liquid inside seems diluted.I've driven back a 20 minutes trip because I really need coolant to bring my other car back to the road. And the guy sits in the store asked me this "How can I trust you?" and have treated me like a shop lifter.This is the worst experience I've ever had, I've 1) received borken product. 2) experienced terrible experience. 3) wasted my personal time on something only worth $18.You've lost all my trust now. This is my last Autozone visit.

DONT GO HERE, GO ANYWHERE ELSE. STAFF IS SUPER UNHELPFUL. It was our first time putting tire chains/cables on our car so we needed a bit more guidance (we did Google and watch YouTube videos before this but were hoping for the staff to be helpful). When we came into the store and asked for chains for our tire size, the person at the counter gave us chains that didn't have tighteners when we specifically noted we wanted one with tighteners. Obviously, we had to come back as we couldn't tighten the chains. When we came back he realized his mistake, apologized (the only thing he did right), and proceeded to sell us another pair of tire chains that he said were allegedly better. These did not fit our tires. When we told him this, he refused to believe us, refused to take a look, and started making jokes about our inability to put on tire chains (super unprofessional). So we gave up on Autozone and went to O'Reilley. One try, and they sold us the correct sized chains that we were able to install in a few minutes. What a difference. Never going back to this Autozone again.

This Autozone may be a little pricy but the customer service is amazing. These guys have helped me to get to the root of my problem more than once.

Kimberly was very nice and friendly. He came out in the rain to fix my head light. I call her my guardian angel. She works at the Everett branch on Evergreen highway.I will recommend her to anyone.

Amazinggggg customer service. As someone who isn’t a car person I really appreciate the employees who helped me out. I came in after Les Schwab around the corner basically told me my car has entirely wrong brake parts and it’s deadly for me to be driving like this. I called my mechanic and he was 100% that he had the right parts and they were installed properly. At autozone I was originally buying wheel caps and the employee offered to put them on for me in POURING rain. While doing so I told him all about my Les Schwab experiencand he debunked absolutely everything. He looked up my VIN# showefrom my brake pads to my rotors and more - he confirmed that my mechanic got the right parts and explained what the potential problem is (he ended up being right). He then pulled out parts from the back, showed pictures, diagrams and other examples to calm my nerves after les Schwab literally made me think I was going to die. I ended up going back to Les Schwab with my knew knowledge and they were dumbfounded that I even came back and let alone came with proof that they’re lying. Don’t know the employees name but thank you to the ginger bearded guy. A seperate time I came in and needed a new battery. I was talked through all questions I had and he installed my battery despite the bad weather within like 4 minutes. Don’t know his name either but he had shoulder length brown hair.

Thank you Jack and Crew!My hubby and I are expecting our first baby in 2 weeks and I found myself with a dead battery after my Dr appointment yesterday! We have one of the most complex battery changing systems ever and had zero idea how we were going to swap out our new battery. Not only did this crew come to our aid, they walked my hubby step by step through the changing process for the future! We appreciate you all and are so grateful for your time! ?

Staff is always very attentive, knowledgeable, and willing to take care of you when you are in their store. They replaced the battery on one occasion, replaced headlights on another. SO nice of them

Last week I was directed to this store by a rude employee at AutoZone Bellevue (where I had unpleasant experience multiple times) and warmly welcomed by Glenn. He's a really good person that shows him empathy and caring to the customers. I had a battery incorrectly installed by AutoZone Bellevue and they refused to fix it ASAP due to their staff shortage. After several disappointing visits to AutoZone Bellevue (because of the incorrect battery installation), I was suggested to this Autozone in Kirkland. Glenn helped me immediately without any hesitations and even said sorry to me for what I had gone through (On the contrary, the disgruntled guy at AutoZone Bellevue never said a sorry to me and kept using excuses, which made me feel that it is me instead of them made something wrong). Glenn helped me fix the issue within 10 mins and it made my day! Thank you Glenn and I hope AutoZone can hire more people like you to keep their bar!

I got my online order fulfilled correctly but I'm giving a 2-star review because the cashier made feel insulted. He tried to sales talk me out of my job and basically insulted me and my current employer by saying that I'll never learn anything, have a good career life, or go anywhere in life because I work for another retail company. I just wanted my headlight order fulfilled so I could go back to work and take my meal break. Who I work for or what I do with my life should never be a sales associate's concern.In short, this place can help you find what you need but be weary of who tries to help you find it. This was a really bad customer experience and I will probably just go with delivery from now on.

I went today 11/9/2023 to AutoZone in totem lake Kirkland,in the tv commercial they look very friendly and nice. They offer to install new batteries for free.but when I asked the guy if he install it for me,He said no,after asking him a few times why not,he said because it would take too long.Not friendly at all.Not coming back.if I come back or not may not affect your business,but I take my money somewhere else.
