Worst customer service. Showed up for an appt during my work hours since no other time was unavailable and got turned away for not having a document that they said I needed but was not listed on my appointment prep info.

Was on call with Fraud line and they asked to visit the financial center.. People at financial center refused to talk to BOA fraud agent on phone and asked to take appointment. Even the agent was surprised as it would have taken them just 1 minute to complete the process. Horrible experience at this branch whenever I visit.

Bank is full of available people but none of them was possible to take our fraudalent activity report. So if you lost your account access with BoA, good luck waiting appointments for next week. In the meantime hackers would apply loans etc.I belive even if someone would come to rob this bank, they would say “you should take an appointment first” ?

Applied for a credit card on an Alaska flight. Called and waited for 45 minutes to talk to someone about activating the card. Was disconnected. Called back and chose to have someone call me back (wait time was 35 minutes). Nobody called. Called for a third time and waited 20 minutes. Spoke with a nice lady that said I had to drive to a BofA location to activate. Drove to location, move lady said I had to make an appointment with a banker. Soonest available is 5 days away. All of this to activate a credit card. What a joke.

They have more employees than customers but there still always a line out the door and waits for up to 15 minutes lol. Also the drive through is non-existent.

I want to love this branch but they are always understaffed and overbooked resulting in upset customers. A check I received has been on hold for over a week. When I asked to do a simple overlook of the check to make sure it wasn't fraudulent, they requested that I return to the bank that issued the check. As for the hold, they weren't helpful with that either.

This place just sucks period. Asked to do a simple wire transfer mid day at 1:25 and they told me it’s 50 min to an hour wait time with one person at the branch. Don’t go here

They are forever understaffed and this branch does not care about helping people in a timely manner. The problem is the management of the branch not the people working it.
