This BECU Bank very good about customers service

On May 17th I was in the process of buying a new vehicle. We finally got to payment and we headed to the nearest BECU location which was this branch. Due to rain, construction, and traffic, we arrived at 1:07P. Staff were all at their desks but the door was locked. We knocked and a staff member came to the door. I explained I was in the middle of buying a new car and just needed two cashier checks. She smugly smiled and told me “everything had been turned off” (even though staff were clearly at their desks on computers) and I should just get the dealership to hold the car for me until BECU was open again.
Do you know how stupid she made BECU look to the dealership?
Do you know how embarrassing it is to go back to a serious purchase transaction and tell them your ENTIRE BANKING SYSTEM shuts down at 1P on a SATURDAY. When do you think people with jobs are able to get things done outside their work hours?
I work 12 hour shifts at a hospital and NEED A VEHICLE that I now have to wait on receiving around BECU’s ridiculous hours and a smug employee who couldn’t see beyond herself to help a customer because of 7 minutes.
You can GUARANTEE I will be closing my accounts with BECU as soon as I get these checks and moving to another bank.

I just decided to get on top of allocating my personal finances as I haven't been great about it in the past. One of the floating employees, Peach, helped to answer my many questions, set up a higher-yield savings account, consolidate other accounts, and submit a request for an appointment with a financial advisor. Peach was very helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. I really appreciated the help!

Walked in with a credit score over 700, walked out with a score of barely 600. The way they explained things made zero sense. If checking your score with BECU lowers it by over one hundred points, I can only warn people to stay away.

Screw becu at one point this bank used to mean something, there was value in this bank. My place caught fire and while waiting for a check from the insurance company. My bank account was closed at banner. Rushed around jumped through hoops with becu, was able to open an act, July 5th this was. Tried giving the check to the women she said I needed go deposit it in the ATM. So I did. Today is July 10th still no money just called them and said check wouldn't be available until 15th. Seriously it's an insurance check from us bank. They said they don't deal with them often. You don't deal with us bank? Find that hard to believe, all you have to do is call them and verify funds.

Very terrible service they took my documents to open a business account then kept me waiting and then told me they were having a technical problem and said they would call me within a day to complete the process but they ended up not calling me on the wrong day the next day and they simply forgot about me, and this statement contained all my information and data that was lying there. They have very terrible service, the employee is inattentive and I will never come here again and open an account in this bank. And I don’t recommend this to anyone else.

If I can give this BECU a 10, I would. I came in 40 minutes before they close on a Saturday. One lady came up and asked me how she can help, then assisted me in signing in the electronic queue. There were several customers ahead in line and I wasn’t sure they will be able to get to me before they close. I was afraid they’d get to me only to tell me to come back another day because they’re closed. Luckily, that wasn’t their policy. The young man who helped me was very pleasant and did not try to sell me any products or discourage me from closing my accounts. He was very professional and explained each step of the process. He didn’t try to rush me even though their office was closed by the time he was helping me. They are in every way the opposite of the Wells Fargo in Totem Lake in their customer service. I will recommend them over WF on any given day.
