If I can give this BECU a 10, I would. I came in 40 minutes before they close on a Saturday. One lady came up and asked me how she can help, then assisted me in signing in the electronic queue. There were several customers ahead in line and I wasn’t sure they will be able to get to me before they close. I was afraid they’d get to me only to tell me to come back another day because they’re closed. Luckily, that wasn’t their policy. The young man who helped me was very pleasant and did not try to sell me any products or discourage me from closing my accounts. He was very professional and explained each step of the process. He didn’t try to rush me even though their office was closed by the time he was helping me. They are in every way the opposite of the Wells Fargo in Totem Lake in their customer service. I will recommend them over WF on any given day.

I opened accounts here within 15 minutes. You walk in and register on an iPad. A banker will call you to their desk and get started. All that was needed was a WA ID to be eligible. The banker was nice and gave me all the info I needed. There's 3 ATMS - 1 outside and 2 inside accessed 24/7. You can deposit cash and checks here. Parking is easy to come and go.

Great Bank, love going here for used auto loans though they do not seem very knowledgeable on the process. First time they asked for the lienholder payoff when at the bottom of the title it showed the release of interest stamped with a date and signature, went back regarding a different car and was told only need bill of sale and registration, then they asked for more information. Each time taking a prolonged amount of time with all of the information already sent in place. Recommend trying a different location in car loan needs

Bank approved a loan and prepared all docs for vehicle purchase in advance however when we arrived 1 hour prior closing we were told data entry will take two hours and cannot be done today. We drove 2 hours to complete everything and they just so slow that cannot complete it today. What was the point of collecting all documents and “prepare everything” if you cannot finish it within 1 hour. This branch the worse in the area

Long waits here. Hard to conduct normal business transactions Ie wires, new cards, etc when all the staff is tied up for 30-60 minutes at a time. Would highly suggest increasing staffing at this location and or advise customers it’ll be an hour to see someone. Needed to send out a wire with plenty of time before cutoff and waited patiently through the wire cutoff time. Thankfully the seller was nice enough to follow through with the business sale and not sell to someone else.
