New in town, needed a dry cleaner, and I will be going back. Karim at the counter has excellent service skills, made the whole process easy. Also, they did an awesome job on my shirt.

I had my favorite shirt ruined by ink stains but they were able to remove it without any damage to the fabric! Great work by great people.
Update: Ink stain striked again. This time it was a gold permanent marker at a wedding on my brand new custom suit jacket. I thought it would be impossible since those markers are like paint, but Bella Cleaners had no trouble removing it for me. Can’t recommend them enough!

So happy I discovered Bella Cleaners! I took curtains in to have them hemmed and pressed and they did an awesome job! Another place had turned me down, so I was happy that Bella Cleaners was willing to do it. My curtains are now the perfect length and they look beautiful! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I’m kicking myself for not taking a before picture because holy cow, did they perform a miracle!!!
I decided I was dead set on wearing my mother’s wedding dress at my own wedding next year but when we took it out of storage, we found a GIANT stain down the front of the dress that had been brewing for 25 years.
I drove around Redmond/Kirkland/Bellevue and even went in to Seattle based off a referral. I was laughed at or told I should have come in 25 years ago. I had never taken anything in to be dry cleaned and I was scared nothing could be done. My first stop should have been Bella’s-
They explained what could have caused the stain to oxidize the way it did, talked me through every step they’d take to get it clean, showed me some of the process, and told me they would do all they could and I decided it was better than nothing. They called me this morning (5 days earlier than what they quoted me) and I just picked up the dress today. The stain is gone COMPLETELY, and it looks brand new, clean and pressed and ready to go. I couldn’t be more satisfied!! Thank you x1000000000000 I’m so excited to have this beautiful dress for my wedding day.

Tore my suit pants in the crotch area as I was trying it on for an event we were going to attend that evening. Called multiple locations to get it fixed. Prices were all over the board. But this place charged me ~10 dollars and fixed it within the hour. Couldn't have been more happier. The other place I was gonna try would have charged me between 50-100 dollars which seemed ridiculous. The folks who run this place are very nice and customer oriented. I would definitely go back. 5.

I wanted to give this a try because it's so close to my house but I will never return again. After asking if they do same day service, I was told no and I asked why it would take 3 days to get my 5 shirts laundered and the owner said "WE DONT DO SAME DAY" piled up my clothes, and pushed them back over the counter to me. I said really? I'll happily take my business somewhere else. He proceeded to give me the middle finger as I walked out and held it up for about 10 seconds. I wish I took a picture of him. Unbelievable customer service. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE. I went across the street to Houghton Cleaners and was able to get same day pickup for my 5 shirts without ANY issue. I'm puzzled how Bella can still be in business after the worst display of customer service I've ever experienced.

Not the cheapest but friendly and they do a good job. I've had dry cleaning and alterations done, no complaints.
