“I purchased a second hand dress and was referred to cicada. When I showed up for my first appointment at cicada, I wanted an additional modification. They got it done perfectly and within two weeks! The team provided full attention during my appointments and made sure I had time for any questions. I was surprised that each appointment was under an hour. “If you are a bride you MUST try Brides for a Cause first. I was lucky enough to find my dress at the Tacoma location but I still had an appointment scheduled on Roosevelt and wanted to take a look. The store is beautiful, the dress selection (including designer gowns) is wonderful and the cause is amazing. Prices are unbelievably good, and in some cases reflect the varying conditions of the dresses (you should expect that a dress here or there might have a flaw, like a broken zipper pull, that will require your attention—but nearly all wedding dresses require alteration regardless of where you buy it). The store clerks were so kind and helpful, and had great advice. I did not feel rushed. This is such a great place to find your dream dress (as long as you are willing to keep an open mind and try different styles!). Highly recommend.”

“It's currently the off season for dress shopping so they're usually closed on Sundays, but I called ahead and Diana and Houda opened the store specifically for me so that I could come in for wedding dress shopping since Sunday was the only day I could go in with my girls. Both ladies were super sweet, friendly and helpful when it came to picking out dresses for me to try on. I went in with no clue on what style of dress I wanted but they found me the perfect dress and I said yes to the dress!!”
