The installation team (a 3rd Party company) led by Pablo went above and beyond in every facet of service, value and quality. The project and price has exceeded my expectations. The sale went easy, there is a huge selection of floor covering, the manager Gabriel was very helpful. The carpet looks great. The installation went smooth. I would highly recommend this store. I will be back for any other flooring.

Too bad they don’t care for their customers. I called to get a quote. After giving all measures to the agent he asked me to better send him an email because he was confused with the project details. I sent an email with all the details, measures, and even pictures right away, but I got no response.I sent another email to follow up a few days later and one more after 1 week of no response. It has been 2 weeks already and I haven’t got any reply. I really wanted to do business with you, but if this is the kind of customer care I got before I purchase, I don’t want to imagine what would be after.
