While getting in a collision is never fun, Carstar did a great job of working with my insurance, fixing my car (quickly at that) and doing good work, all with excellent responsiveness and customer service. Many thanks for making a stressful time a bit better!

We have not used a body shop before and when our van was hit in a parking lot, we finally had to get it repaired. We researched several places and CARSTAR was clearly the best choice based on reviews. They worked seamlessly with our insurance (Amica) and had our car back to looking like new. They were very good about updating us, and Ron would call us every few days to let us know how things were going. Their charges appeared very reasonable for the work that was performed. We would recommend them for sure.
Addendum: we went to CARSTAR again for another repair (same car, Honda minivan), and they worked with the other party’s insurance company and we did not have to do anything but sign for the car. Notably, the car was done three days earlier AND $200 below the initial estimate which I feel is a sign of integrity since you could have easily justified $200 more work in my opinion. We would go again if we ever need future auto body work.

That were very nice and efficient. Their App keeped us informed as to the progress of the repairs. When all was completed the was beautiful and you could not see where the car was damaged.

CarStar in Kirkland is so communicative. I was thoroughly impressed with how often they communicated and provide updates stages of my repair. When they provided an estimated time of when the fix was to be completed they held to their promise and completed it on that day. You don’t find that level of service anymore. For any future needs, I’ll be sure to come to them

CSK was amazing! They told me that it would be sitting over the weekend before I brought in my car to save me money on my rental. They were so fast on getting my car done I was shocked and very pleased!! They were also so friendly!! Overall I'm referring everyone to them, so pleased!! THANK YOU CSK!
