Jackie went out of her way to help me today and yesterday. She called me after I left, called my old bank and was able to move my balance from my old bank to Chase within a day, instead of the 10-day holding period. Very appreciative of her help.

Shitul and Ahsan are incredibly helpful! They’ve both helped me with my CD accounts recently- I waited for maybe 2 minutes and was out of there quickly. They helped to get me the best rates and made me aware of other wealth plans they offer.

They have my money and when I asked for some they were pleasant about it. I usually don't go into a branch but once a year I take out a bit of cash for a golf trip and the folks at the branch couldn't be nicer. They can count too.

One of the worst branches ever for chase bank, every one sitting on the phone and no one would like to work. Every time I go to the branch they ask me to back again on certain time and mostly from 2 pm to 4pm @chase bank used to be good 3 stars is too much for this branch

Where do I cash in a savings bond? You can cash paper bonds at a bank or through the U.S. Department of the Treasury's TreasuryDirect websiteDon't go here because they won't cash bonds!Should just close this useless brach @chasebankMost unhelpful brach I have ever been too!!!

Worst service ever..Joshua Bellows is absolutely worst bank representative. He has provided wrong guidance to the client. He said that cashiers are there to handle wire tranfers which is wrong direction. He has also presented the worst attitude that I have ever experienced when I gave informed him about that cashiers guided me to the private chase representative to handle the wire.Being a long term Chase private client using Chase private service his services and bank 's representation was very disappointing and discouraging to the long term clients such myself.I will connect to Chase corporate network to share my experience with this individual

Today I couldn't communicate online about cancelling an appointment for a sick family member, the phone call was my only option, but within an hour no one picked up. It is still a decent bank, maybe another branch will be better.

There is literally nothing that is an easy/user friendly experience.From the moment I scheduled a meeting with a banker I had to jump through many hoops just to find out what documentation was needed.Then the meeting took well over an hour. And after all that I still had to call Chase since my online access was gone and the new debit card was never ordered.JP Morgan is a trash bank that is squeezing the American people for their time & money.

I enjoy coming to this branch. The staff here are polite and will go the extra mile to assist you with your banking needs. My experience coming to this branch has always been positive. I thought it would be a good thing to leave a good review because I believe the people that work at this branch truly deserve the praise. Very nice people.Thank you guys.

When this branch is closed, why are the lights inside the building and the drive-thru on every night and all day?This is such an unnecessary waste of energy and this issue should be addressed. I've only been here to this location three times so far but folks have been helpful, friendly, and it seemed like they had enough employees. Most recent visit was on a Tuesday afternoon.

The process is quick, and the staff here is kind and efficient. I was depositing a joint check into my account, the whole process went smooth and I will definitely come back to this branch again, best Chase branch I have been in so far.
