I really appreciate the staff in this bank to help me to re-settle down in the state. I don’t live in Kirkland, but I drove here because the web review is great, so I give it a try. I moved back to Taiwan to take care of elderly mother for the past 10 year until she passed and settled down for family of origin matters, then I decided to return to my home in WA. However, this 10 years, the whole world has been through pandemic and many things. I encountered many difficulties, thanks Anh Phuong to help me in the beginning, but when she is not available, Yvonne Baker stepped in and helping all of the way. Yvonne is very nice and full with enthusiasm to deal with all of the difficulties and never show impatience. She called me to follow up several times a week. Because of her I open business account other than individual account. I decided to close the other bank to move to Chase. I feel more confident with Chase Bank because Yvonne. Thank you! I will recommend this branch to my friends.

Even though the staff is always nice, it's much faster to use an ATM. Bring back the ATM inside the branch.

I had a great experience opening a business checking and savings account and credit card application with Yvonne. I was able to send my documents electronically and get approved there and sign all of the documents. The employees here are very professional and respectful and this branch works fast with their clients I would recommend them to friends.

I opened a joint account with my mother, provided all the required documents, although we had to re-visit the branch a bunch of times, as the banker helping us was clearly not trained to open an account. About a month later (during holidays) I received a letter in mail from Chase that they wanted us to submit (not re-submit) ID for my mother, unfortunately I saw the letter late (due to holidays) and they shut down the Joint account, even though I was the primary holder (existing chase customer for years). I called the bank and the same banker answered the phone, I explained the situation and she promised she'd look into it since she was confident that she has gathered and submitted ALL the required documents from us. I never heard back from her or anyone from the branch so I called again, and this time I left a message for her since someone else answered the phone. Still nothing from her nor anyone else from the branch. Awful experience, how hard is it to open an account Ahn?

Cerise, the branch manager, deserves recognition for doing an excellent job assisting us with the money transfer. Although this branch not being the closest to our home, we chose to come here due to a negative experience at the Totem Lake branch.The lady at Totem Lake Branch didn't know how to do a domestic wire transfer and kept asking us for help, and isn't willing to seek help from her colleagues, even with our requests. It's very frustrated, and we promptly left and visit this branch instead. I believe we make a great decision.
