Dirty place with very poor service. The floor in front of the car wash payment column is so disgusting that I dirtied my clear carpeting because I had to step out of the car to pay with my credit card and then had to complain because the car wash wasn’t working. The clerk in the store was incredibly rude. Just handed me a paper and said “here, put in code”. Didn’t know what he was talking about.

The older bald headed clerk is just rude and impatient. If anything goes wrong with your gas pump or car wash, he will not work with you to resolve the issue. Instead, he’ll try to make you feel stupid and he becomes defensive very quickly.
Go here to fuel up (even though they are always expensive), pick up some flowers from the nice family in the lot, grab some tacos from the food truck or coffee from the coffee stand. But try to avoid any interaction with that man.

Ive came here on multiple occasions and the clerk is always rude, this time around i couldn’t find my debit card while looking for it the clerk comes out demanding that I leave because I am holding a pump up, there is literally nobody else there. The clerk is beyond aggressive. The reviews are as expected this place is not professional at all.

Stopped by and purchased gas, then my friend and I went inside to use the atm. We quickly finished our business then left. Before leaving the parking lot, I remembered I needed to get a little more cash and went back inside to use the atm again, went straight to the atm, then realized that I needed to transfer the money from my venmo account to my checking account and I needed to grab my phone. I went outside and grabbed the phone and when I walked back inside, the clerk told me that I was not allowed to use the atm. That I needed to leave. I tried to explain things to him but he cut me off and told me to get out. And here's my point...
The gas prices here are the highest in the neighborhood.
They have a tiny selection of snacks and beverages.
And very unfriendly staff.
I live right up the street and I will no longer be giving them my money!

I prefer Chevron gas and unfortunately this is the only Chevron left in Kirkland WA as the others were either closed or bought out by 76. Drove to get gas at this morning at this particular location and all stations were taped off. No access to gas. Not sure if it is for service or what, but annoying to drive all the way there and not be able to buy gas.

AVOID this Chevron Station, employees just don't appreciate your business and seem upset you came into the convenient store to buy something while they are on their cell phone. Thus, the low overall Google rating.

Great customer service and even met the owner today and he was very kind! The store is stocked up on your favorite snacks and drinks, who needs Safeway when they’ve got the Chevron in Juanita! I will definitely be coming here to get my snacks, gas and car cleaned!
