Sure, maybe they do great work, but when you call and try to get answers about the little things like overnight security and temporary storage of the vehicle while it's pending parts Steve refuses to answer your questions. I would NEVER entrust this company to repair my car. They won't even provide the simple answers to your questions.

Was suggested here by Hyundai of Kirkland, to fix my Elantra's busted ignition after a breakin. Had a call with their receptionist (Vedina?). She gave me this rundown "This is how things are going to be":1. If my car is totaled, or if I pick it up before it is fully repaired, they will retroactively charge me storage fees for every day it was kept there.2. They do not know when they can start repairs.3. They do not know when they can even do the estimate.4. They will NOT tell me the daily cost of storage fees until the bill is sent out.So already red flag policy, give the customer nothing that could use to make an informed decision. And when you look at all the recent low reviews, they are all centered around this flawed policy. They take months to even run an estimate, then effectively hold your car hostage as you have to decide between paying what their newly generated estimate says for repairs, vs paying thousands a month in storage fees just to get your car back in the same condition. By that point, what motivation do they have to give you a realistic cost estimate?My insurance obviously refused to even tow there with all the missing info. I reached out again to Collision Masters to say I needed more info, and the receptionist had a meltdown. Genuinely shouting into the phone that I need to 'be a man' with my insurance and force them to agree (to undetermined storage fees and no start date). I was done and said I will figure it out with my insurance. Her parting words were "You can go try other repair shops, they are ALL 3-months wait minimum. We're the only option." I had such a short interaction with this company but it was so memorably bad I had to leave a review. No idea what they're doing.Next day I took my car to Michael's Auto in Redmond instead. This place was no charge for storage, gave me an estimate in 2 days, worked with my insurance to adjust to their new estimate, immediately ordered all parts directly from Hyundai, and had the car fixed in less than 2 weeks.

Held my car hostage for a year and 2 months. rude customer service. unprofessional. they work with dealerships, and they prioritize them first. no integrity whatsoever. If you take your care in make sure you ask for time of repair and have it in writing otherwise Goodluck getting your car back anytime soon. They didn't allow my insurance adjuster to go on the property which was kind of shady for a shop.

I was recommended to come here from ford. I found them to be fast, reliable, and kept me up to date with my repair status. Travis who cleaned my vehicle at the end did such a great job. Thank you collision masters team!

This business has integrity and cares about customers. Most satisfied and happy customers never post outstanding comments. But the angry and unhappy customers do complain more unfortunately. I recently interacted with the business and the manager gave me wonderful encouragement and advice on how to repair my vehicle. Thanks Collision Masters and CarStar in Edmonds!

Scraped my Subaru on a pole real bad. Dropped it off here, couple weeks later. Looks like new. Didn't expect this but they detailed the inside really well also. Shoutout Steve and the collision masters team.

welcome to collision masters 2023 edition where customers satisfaction is NOT a priority not only has the office been slacking in paperwork. it seems people that work there think it's okay to slander and to ruin collision master reputation . sad that time, definitely weighs on peoples skill and People skills. but hey I'm optimistic maybe everyone at that establishment Is having a bad decad. They will bounce back.... (sarcasm) highly don't recommend going here unless you want to wait forever for your car to be fixed and to be given every excuse imaginable.

If you’re thinking of taking your car to Collision Masters, read this first and avoid any disappointment.When we had a small fender bender, our dealership recommended I take our car to Collision Masters. We didn't have rental coverage with our insurance but we figured a two weeks rental would be plenty of time before our car would be ready. We dropped our car off and they said they will give an estimate once the have the car on the lift. I called after a week, and there was no update. I called 5 days later, and still no update. By then we were reaching the end of our rental, which we were paying out of pocket and began to realize this was not going to happen for us. We drove down down and to our amazement and relief they had not touched the car in two weeks. We got our car back and found another shop to take our car for repair.My impression is that Collision Masters is not set up for individual, walk-in repair jobs. They mainly service dealerships and other car companies with no time restraints and priority for repair goes to them. Unless you can get an in-writing guarantee of delivery date, I would not recommend using Collision Masters. They guy we spoke with was nice enough and understanding but their business model is not set up to serve individuals. At the end of the day we lost two weeks and paid $500 for a rental car we didn't need. I'm sure they do a good work, but I can't attest to it. Save yourself the hassle, find another shop and make sure you get a completion date in writing.

12,000 dollars first estimate after 4 months for not repairing my car ?!!!!!!!Read this before you go there:I trusted them and drop off my car to get an estimate and then to be fixed and they told me it takes couple of months ???But they never gave me an estimates, and when I called several times after 4 months Steve said , no parts yet and when I ask them to give me a date when the car will be ready he said maybe next February as if he doesn't care and when I got upset ???he said he won't work on my car because me and my son calling him asking when the car is ready and we were upset about it, ??after holding my car for 4 months!!!!! ????Then Steve asked me to pay 37,000 to get my car back without them working on it and Steve explained 25,000 dollars for storage and 8,000 dollars for non refundable parts and 4,000 dollars for the work and labor. ???this is the first estimate they gave me for not repairing my car ? and holding it since February 2023.I told steve , you can not charge me for storage when the car is not ready and you can not charge me for anything !!!???then he sent me an email the same day that you need to pick up your car by friday and pay 12,000 and if you don't we charge you 250 dollars a day!!!!! ?????i'm single mom ? and take care of my parents. I had to take a day off to go to this place.Then i went to collision master in kirkland shop and Tim the owner said they do not charge me 250 a day and work it out with insurance. Tim is nice ? man .But,Insurance says the collision master never communicated with them to get authorization all these 4 months and never sent any correct information till now so the repair shop should not charge anything.This is almost 5 months that my car is in their lot and nothing done!!!!! I left my car in February. This is not fair to me !!!!!!I need my car .????when i called to talk to Tim, Steve told me i can't and used a lot of foul language (b..) and told me " Go Back to your country bi....*" . All my coworkers heard him and said that's not right!!!! This is not right!! ???

STEVE TOLD MY MOTHER TO GO BACK TO HER COUNTRY!!! Please do not ever go to collision master in kirkland they are a self owned company so they can do whatever they want and they think it's ok they are very racist and told my mother to go back to her county and called me and my mother a b*tch. the worker steve is very rude and unintelligent my car has been there for 4 months now and they still have not even started to repair it please go to a different shop all this shop has caused is more problems. they are by far the worst car collision company in all of washington and i wound recommend them to my worst enemy. Steve needs to be fired. He doesn't know how to work on cars or talk to people with respect he is a very disrespectful person and doesn't know how to manage a business and they are all bad. horrible business etiquette. Please do not trust them with your car and please share this information so people know. thank you and i appreciate all the help i can get to spread awareness. My car has been there sense February and they haven't even started on it. they have been giving me excuses and lying to me and my mother for months now saying it was going to be ready by June and they haven't even started. They are RACIST & RUDE.

Extremely unproffesional. They have been holding our car almost 7 months on what should be a 4 month max project. All the time telling us that the car will be ready shortly. We go in to the shop to find out what is taking so long only to find out that they had only just ordered parts that very clearly needed to be replaced and should have been ordered six months ago. While dealing with Steve, we were met with nothing but rudeness and misogyny. After asking Steve why he waited so long to order said parts his response was "why don't you fill out a job application so I can explain it to you." When pressed on the question at hand he tried to divert blame to anyone else he could, including the insurance agent, as if he wasn't the one in possession of the car and should be the one to know what parts need to be replaced. These people, especially Steve, either do not know how to do their job properly or are intentionally trying to milk your insurance for every dollar that they can by holding your vehicle for as long as possible. Do not give this company your business as they will try and screw you over and be extremely unprofessional with any encounter you may have with them. We will be in contact with the better business bureau after this encounter.

Worst shop in WA, Steve is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met. Sent my insurance company ABC email with the most vulgar language, i couldn’t even let my wife read it. I have to praise my ins for dealing with his verbal abuse. If that was my wife on the other end of his emails id have a few choice words for Steve. Idk how he still has job. Poor customer service and very poor communication. They ended up not responding to me even when I was I was trying to confirm they would no longer be servicing my vehicle. They added multiple weeks to my repair simply from their lack of communication.

I am not criticizing the repair on my vehicle, from what I can tell it was sufficiently repaired. I am rating based on a few things. Firstly, my vehicle took 60 days to be repaired for a very minor incident where someone backed into my parked vehicle going about 5 miles an hour. There was a breakdown in communication so many times, that caused my vehicle to just sit there for over a month. They did not submit my supplementals promptly and added weeks to my repair.If this type of waiting period is happening they should be taking on fewer vehicles instead of overbooking and leaving me without my work vehicle for over two months.Secondly, I am very disappointed in the receptionist’s professionalism, every time I came in I was met with coldness and given very little information unless I firmly insisted, and then was misled toward the end that my vehicle was still in painting when it was already completed. Personally, I don’t care too much about attitude toward me as long as the work is done, but my own insurance agent even said they were extremely unprofessional and ignored her calls or didn’t work with her about 17 times. Because of this, it was a very stressful time and I was left in the dark wondering if they were even doing anything to move the process along. I have to acknowledge it to warn other individuals of what to expect coming into this shop.
