Everything exceeded expectations for the price.
The room was clean, it did not smell weird, I couldn’t hear noise at night. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the morning breakfast was not bad at all.
Only 4 stars because I got charged twice for the room. But it was refunded after I brought it to their attention.
Other than that I would definitely stay here again.

Room smelled musty, black mold behind toilet, hot shower, clean bed, laundry room smelled like mildew, very nice and helpful front desk attendant.

If you get the chance to stay in Kirkland make sure you stay at the quality inn. This place is in business because of Bill. Very welcoming and very kind and considerate. And
his jokes are on point. he had a couple helpful things along the night for me. Great and affordable place.

Got me off the streets for a few nights, expensive but better than the cement.

I had a great stay at the Quality Inn Kirkland. The staff were welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out, making the process smooth and stress-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. I appreciated the quiet environment, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep.
The location is also very convenient—close to the highway and within easy reach of shops, restaurants, and downtown Kirkland. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety of options and was a great way to start the day.
Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value for the price. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay in the Kirkland area.

The morning lady at the front desk has a mean attitude. She messed up my reservation multiple times and charged the wrong card and then didn't even know how to do a refund. I also overheard her saying bad things about her asian manager.

I am a working business professional, and I was using this hotel as a place to rest and conduct my work. Instead, I was placed between two rooms with crying babies — and at times there were children crying loudly in the hallway right outside my door. This made it impossible to sleep or focus.
For the high rate I paid, I expected a quiet and professional environment. A room change after the fact did not address the loss of rest, the disruption to my work schedule, or the stress this caused.
This hotel is not a suitable choice for business travelers who need peace and quiet.

Not updated but totally worth the price. Great pool and hot tub but again they are appropriately priced. Could use some work but still works great and was enjoyable.

Absolute worst property I've ever encountered. We booked through a 3rd party who had the property improperly listed as a Comfort Inn. They recently changed to a Quality Inn (probably because they couldn't keep up with Comfort Inn standards). We drove up... and we saw no parking spaces available (common complaint in other reviews, yes many are reserved for Chick Fil A), we saw a dozen men outside smoking. And we saw people sitting in their vehicles at 10pm at night. So, management does nothing about enforcing no smoking close to the building, lets god knows who sleep in their cars in the parking light... and on top of that, we drove away and went somewhere else and the hotel tags us as a no-show and charges the full reservation instead of just one night. Nevermind the print in 3pt font they put in policies - you should do what's fair.
The woman who manages this place is unfair and can't in any way maintain a property appropriate for kids and families or those that don't want to be disgusted. You drive up, you're disgusted at what you see, you feel unsafe, and the whole place is set up as a scam. Choice Hotels won't do anything about the place either. Just stay away - you will always walk away from this place disappointed with something.

Price was reasonable with a discount we got for being members. No elevator. Room maintenance and housekeeping could be better. Holes in wall had been filled but not painted. Dust was visible on surfaces. The breakfast had two waffle irons, various breads for toasting, instant hot cereal and and cold cereal, yogurt and fruit. Coffee and hot water for tea, cocoa or hot cereal was in the hall. The breakfast could use some attention. At 8 am on a Monday, eggs, milk and orange juice were empty. Eventually they were refilled, but fresh eggs were placed into the same steam tray that had been sitting empty for at least 15 minutes. Paved parking is included. They ask for the vehicle description. WiFi was available and worked.

AVOID! I just checked out because of bed bugs. I have never experienced this in my life but woke up with itchy welts and the management has stayed they will not refund my night spent there. This is HIGHLY INSULTING and I urge people to avoid this hotel at all costs.
