Costco's gas stations are open different hours than the warehouse clubs so they deserve to be a separate business. This gas station is open 6am to 9:30pm Monday to Friday and then 7am to 7pm on weekends. On this rainy Monday morning, there was almost no wait and I was able to fill up very quickly. At peak times on weekends, you could be waiting a half hour. Is 30 minutes of your time really worth the $2 you might save on 20 gallons of fuel?Use either side! Yes, you can use the pumps with the fuel on either side regardless of where the fuel filler is on your car as they have extra long hoses that will fit over just about every car. Not my Sprinter van though! They do not have squeegees and do not sell any of the usual gas station / convenience store merchandise. This is fuel only. You do need to be a member of Costco to use the gas station. Your lower prices are sometimes more than 10c better here than at local gas stations because your annual membership is subsidizing the price.[Review 20918 overall - 123 in Washington - 1902 of 2023.]

I think this is my favorite Costco location in the area. It doesn't feel much bigger than Lynnwood, but it tends to have more of what I'm looking for. From little things like the chocolate covered dried mangoes to getting the pre-made meals I'm looking for, I've had the best luck finding it in Kirkland. They also just tend to have more samples which is always fun.Important to note for non-members, the hot food is located on the outskirts, where you don't have to flash your ID to get in or order. So, cheap hot dogs and pizza for everyone.

This Costco tire center is horrible. Horrible staff. Horrible service. I had an appointment for a minor tire repair and they told me it would be about an hour. After an hour and a half I asked for an update and they said it would be another 10 or 15 minutes. They didn’t have the car ready for nearly another hour. I waited nearly two and a half hours to get my car back. No one apologized for the wait and when I asked why it had taken so long the employee just very rudely said ‘we are behind schedule’. It would have been nice to know that earlier.

Cliff, you are the reason why I specifically go to Kirkland Costco Tire Center. You are honest, trustworthy, and you are undoubtedly appreciated. Thank you for being an incredible human being.

Horrible service. We have scheduled an appointment and they took our car an hour and half later. Finally told that they can’t fix the tire. Would never go to this place again.

I have been shopping at Costco since 2016 and always loved it. I don't usually return stuff so I had no idea what the return policy was (assumed was great) until yesterday I brought a rotten watermelon. I called the store and told them that what happened and that I would like to get a refund. The lady on the phone told me that I have bring the rotten watermelon in to show it to them because some people have been abusing the return policy. I was actually shocked when she asked me to bring the rotten watermelon back since clearly I already cut it open. I mean, I understand where she is coming from but really? Abusing the system with A $4 watermelon? Absolutely horrible customer experience! I hope there's a main customer service that I can report this.

I love Costco. It's a place where you can buy all your favorite things in bulk and get your steps in. We get almost all our groceries and gas here, and it's really worth it when you have the executive membership. We haven't experienced anything we need to be out of stock, and all the employees are super nice. The only downside is that lines to the register and the gas station can be long during rush hours, but they move quickly. We recently started self-checkout, which is great when you don't have too many heavy items. Overall, this Costco location is really great!

Great service and good price. Use nitrogen instead if O2 for tires. Make reservation. Parking limited.

I pulled up to put air in my tire. When I got out of the car I realized it was completely flat. I walked in without an appointment and Tony, I believe his name was, took care of me within 45 minutes. He knew I lived in Seattle, not Kirkland, and had to be at work within the hour. He was so kind, accommodating, and understanding. The team solved the problem and got me on my way. I am far from my family and car issues give me anxiety and the team's care and understanding for the situation I was in made me feel at peace. I will come back to this tire center if needed in the future!

It's a rubbish service, I left my wheels to put my new tires on, they told me they would have them in two hours and now they tell me they still have because I don't have an appointment, a rubbish service… the first and last time I buy tires, I don't I recommend it at all, not even kidding...

It would be a 5 star but we had called a few times prior to our appointment to ask some questions and left messages for a call back. Never received a call back. Day of appointment when we checked in they asked of we had a wheel lock. We had no idea what this was so he said you probably don't have one and didn't bother checking before hand, so we get a call a little later saying they can't do the service because we do have a wheel lock. The staff was great though because my mom panicked and reacted heavy towards the news and they told us where to go to get removed and then took us in once we returned and got the wheels changed right away. I would just suggest maybe asking about wheel locks when making appointments because I'm sure there are others who have NO idea what they are or if they have them.

MEMBERSHIP NOT REQUIRED TO GET RX? I stopped into the Kirkland Costco pharmacy on Christmas Eve, 2022, because they were the first one to have my medication available, of which there is a nationwide shortage right now. Several other pharmacies I called did not have it. I'm pleasantly surprised that I do not need to present my Costco membership card in order to go to the pharmacy. I'm also pleasantly surprised that after several years of having not come here (a tad too far for me to make a habit of it) I found it pleasantly hassle free to get my medication. In fact, though the store was crowded with Christmas Eve shoppers, there was hardly anybody at the pharmacy. Kudos to their pharmacy staff, Fatimeh, Jake, and Devin. With my part D drug plan, my Rx would've been $45. But with GoodRX, it was about $30. Granted, not as cheap as my usual suspect pharmacy, but they didn't have it. Costco did. There is no drive up window here to get your Rx (... nobody's perfect). But my regular Rx seller does not have a drive-through either. So there! BUT MEMBERSHIP HAS IT'S PRIVELEGES You do have to present your membership card though if you wish to shop in the rest of the store. But I left it at home. But no fear, simply go to the membership desk and they will draft you up a one day only temporary membership pass. For the first time in years, I re-upped my annual membership for $60. Rubie was very helpful at the Membership desk. YAY! THEY ACCEPT APPLEPAY! And so I got me some pork tamales, a burrito bowl, and chicken flautas (see photo) for $40.87. I went and checked out parts of the rest of the store and stayed past their Christmas Eve closing time at 5:30. Nice thing about this warehouse store is that they don't rush you out of the store right at closing time. This way, I avoided the long lines when checking out. Kudos to their checkout lady Michelle. BTW, kudos to Costco for accepting Apple Pay! Michelle also said that I could put my Costco card on my iPhone wallet so that I don't have to dig it out of my wallet in my pocket. Nice. BUT APP NEEDS A MAP Costco also has an app that I could put on my iPhone, which is rated 2 stars by the App Store. Perhaps one reason why is that you'll often have to sign in just to find out what the prices of the items are. Also, the app does not tell you where in the store the items are located as it seems more geared for shipping rather than in-store shopping. (perhaps a holdover from the 2020 days of Covid paranoia). But the thing of it is, Costco always changes merchandise all the time, depending upon where they're able to get the lowest wholesale prices at any given time. Therefore, it would do little good even if the app did tell you where in the store merchandise is located. YEP, THEY STILL GOT THEM CHEAP EATS! Though it was closed, I did get a chance to check out their low cost eatery located just west of the store entrance. Here you can get hotdogs, pizza, drinks, and I forget what else. Shockingly, the prices are the same as the last time I was here sometime during the 2010s! One pleasant change is that they now have pre-order computer terminals so that you can place your order without having to wait through the long lines. I presume they call your number or your name when your order is ready. Nice! AND CHEAPER GAS TOO (MEMBERS ONLY) Finally, I went and got some gas, which is located in the "back forty" parking lot, where I had to park on Christmas Eve as the rest of the parking lot was full! The price of regular gas was $3.57 on Christmas Eve 2022. Not bad! Also, kudos to their station attendant Tony for helping me figure out the pump.

Brandan is horrible. He told me to pull my vehicle in front of the door. When I came back, he just disappeared. I had to wait in line for another 15 minutes. Beside that, when I was asking him for the size of my vehicle tire, he answered, "that vehicle has many different tire sizes," instead of asking the year and trim.

Purchases tires from Costco, had a nail pop a tire, no worries, as my tire was still under warranty. After being initially told they would be able to get a new tire on my car in 1-3 business days (as a warranty replacement) I called after 5 business days to be told they had no appointments for the next 3 weeks and would just have to wait for my warranty replacement. Person on the phone had no written record of what any other techs said, whole operation is unorganized and I will not be returning in the future. I recommend discount tire in Kirkland as a helpful and cheaper alternative that will provide good service.
