We have been customers over two years and our experience has been exceptional. From the courteous staff, to the super clean and safe facility, Cubes delivers. We like the extra convenience of onsite shredding and truck availability that saves us time and money. Mercedes and her team are great to work with and super responsive. A+++

Mercedes was very friendly, informative and helpful with our recent move and transition to a new storage unit. The facility is always clean and has great lighting...very secure and easy to move in and out of. Highly recommend.

We had a great onboarding experience with Mercedeez and Jeremy! They were extremely friendly, knowledgable, and made the process smooth end to end. Unlike most other storage facilities, the onsite box truck is helpful for local moves with large items!

I have been a customer here for several years. The staff has always been extremely helpful and professional… UNTIL TODAY. The store manager, Mercedezz Rogers was extremely rude as she assisted me. She was dismissive, short, and seemed to be having a really bad day. At one point, I offered to help and she rudely rejected my offer. I’ll be moving out soon and will not be back. The worst customer service I’ve ever seen…and from the store manager? Yikes.

Quick and easy process. The truck rental was convenient. Plenty of available dollies and clear easy access to storage units. Friendly knowledgeable staff.

Qubes Self Storage in Kirkland is fantastic! Very easy to rent, free van first month to help with moving and terrific people. Also, units and facilities are very clean. Highly recommend.

Mercedezz was next level and extremely helpful! I HIGHLY recommend renting a spot here. Cubes Kirkland and Mercedezz will make you feel like family. And the storage units are very clean, safe and secure!

Cubes Self Storage in Kirkland continues to delight us!! They have served our needs for over six years! This is a well run business with customer service at their core. They care about you and every interaction demonstrates that. A recent issue regarding a lost lock and key was quickly remedied late on a Sunday afternoon thanks to Jason! He was super helpful, sympathetic to our situation, and found a quick solution! If you haven’t considered Cubes, it’s time to stop in and experience it for yourself!!

Absolutely horrible. Had to rent from another self storage within months. Cubes units and hallways are infested with tons of insects and moths! Not maintained. Keys are very difficult, and get stuck and broken. Apparently was an ongoing problem with most of the units. Very overpriced rent, and no move in deals. Many glitches, errors, and excuses with outdated website and online payment account. These are just some of the issues I unfortunately had to deal with. Please don't make my mistake in trying the newer Cubes, and rent any other indoor self storage in the area.

Cubes self storage is a fantastic facility! The facility does a great job with several security measures to ensure everyone feels safe while there and that their units are safe. All the staff is very welcoming and Jason is so helpful with any questions or requests you may have. Cubes storage is also VERY clean and my unit stayed clean and dust free while being there. One major plus of this storage facility is the ability to rent their box truck, plus you get 4 hours complimentary just by having a storage unit with them! Definitely recommend using Cubes Self Storage!!

Cubes Self Storage in Kirkland is an amazing storage facility! We have been renters for one year and I am reminded every time I go to the building just how wonderful this place is. It is very clean, well maintained, well lit, extremely secure and very organized. I can always find a dolly or cart when I need one and feel safe when I am there. If you can't find the staff in the office, just walk around and you will come across them helping someone or cleaning. We have rented storage units in the past and nothing compares to the great experience we have had here.Jason, the manager, is extremely personable and professional. He and the other staff members are very attentive and friendly. We had a very complicated move out and they were extremely helpful and patient with us and our movers. They went above and beyond for us and I will be forever grateful to them.I highly recommend this storage facility.

I have couple of storage units and am there quiet often. It is very clean, great service from Jason and facility. Location can't get better. Highly recommend it!
