“Skye deserves a raise and a promotion. Line of 8-10 people, one person on register, manager on duty walking around not really doing….anything? Skye came running out of the back room and hopped on register, no look of stress or bewilderment in their face, just the need to help customers. Manager actually reprimanded them (I didn’t hear what he said to them) and Skye responded professionally “but there was a line” to which the manager laughed and went to the other employee who had closed their lane to chat with them. SMH. Skye, thank you for taking care of your customers and doing what is right for all of us that were waiting. I greatly appreciated your sense of urgency and customer service mindset!”

“Came to this Dollar Tree after visiting the unstocked Green Lake location. I was impressed by the selection of beauty products and overall the organization in the store. However, the customer service wasn't that great. Lots of yelling around from employees, my cashier dumped the basket of goods that I had right onto the belt. Other than that, I recommend checking this out if you happen to be someone who has an eye on the trends.”
