DOP is a one of a kind gym with amazing equipment and competition grade weights (Rogue KG plates). For anyone looking to get into the Powerlifting scene, I cannot recommend this gym enough!

I really like DOP for powerlifting and powerlifting training. Most of the people that train here are powerlifting refs or powerlift competitively or both and they know how to help you improve on form.

Good gym. Overall staff could be more friendly and wish the heat/ac worked, but other than that is solid. Would avoid weekday mornings as there are issues with

Fantastic spot if you're a Powerlifter, Weightlifter, or just looking for a spot to get a workout in. My wife and I did a drop-in while traveling in the area and we were incredibly impressed with the quality of the equipment, layout, and friendliness of the others we lifted with. We're definitely going to keep an eye out for any special events they put on as an excuse to come down here again and lift.

if you're a powerlifter, you should be lifting at this gym. way better than Eastside Gym in redmond. it has it's flaws but overall if you wanna do powerlifting this is the place to do it.the good- huge variety of bars, i never once had to wait for a squat rack or bench, good atmosphere, everybody there gets hyped up and yells, you don't have to lift quietly. it's open 24/7 and never really that crowded except in the afternoon during the week but even then it's not bad. there is no one there on sundays, a lot of time when i was in there on a sunday i was the only one there. everybody there takes lifting seriously, there's no gym f*ckery that you see at commercial gyms. the people that run it are cool. there's an ipad on the wall and you can play your own music (more on that later). they have everything you could want from a powerlifting gym- chalk bowl, deadlift jacks, deadlift platforms, kilo and pound plates, there's even a spot for olympic style lifting. the not so good- first off, 90 bucks a month and NO AC. it gets brutal there in the summer, especially since they open all the doors and let the hot air in, which is dumb. there are fans everywhere that just kinda push the hot air around. this is probably my biggest complaint about this place. it's not that nice of a place (still way better than Eastside which is disgusting) nor is it that big, so for $90 a month you'd think they could get air conditioning.back to the ipad/music- like i said, there's an ipad on the wall and you can play whatever which is cool. however, during the week in the afternoon it is pretty much completely controlled by the group of regulars that are always there at that time. sundays, when i was usually the only one there, were the only days i could put on something of my choosing. the regulars are very cliquey and kinda cold towards new people, i'm sure they're all good people but there's definitely a clique-ish vibe. there were really only a couple people who were friendly and welcoming but that's not big of deal since we're there to lift weights, not make friends.overall, this is a good powerlifting gym if you can stand the heat in the summer. if they could get AC in there i might come back, it's expensive but that also keeps the occupancy low (i think a lot of people share entry codes). it's worth checking out and if you're serious about powerlifting and getting strong af, this is the place to do it.

Fabulous powerlifting gym with top of the line equipment. Owners are awesome and the people are extremely friendly. Not too big, not too small, perfect size for a great pump. 12/10 reccomend for every powerlifter.
