Went into Eastside Subaru with questions about the brand. Left with a wonderful car and a positive experience all around. Everyone there was kind, knowledgeable and considerate. There was no "let me talk to someone about this, I'll be right back" when they head out to talk to the man behind the curtain. Everything was upfront and honest. I was happy with the trade in value (brought a carfax report in with it) and was even happier when I drove out of the door with my new Forester.

Just a little warning before coming here... Make sure you have cameras in your car I've had stuff go "missing" out of my car and when called to ask who was working on my car the manager said that they didn't have anything. I am genuinely appalled!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. I leased a 24. Crosstrek and the experience was very friendly and hassle free. it didn't take long to do all the paper work and Inwasnt pitched a ton of extra services. They were very straightforward with the price and availability of the car I was interested in. I am very pleased with the car and can honestly say that I was equally pleased with the treatment I received by the staff of East side Subaru. Cheers!

I had such a great experience trading in my vehicle for a Subaru Forester at Eastside Subaru. Micah Kuonen was a fantastic salesman in answering all my questions and going above and beyond to make sure I got the exact vehicle I wanted. I never felt any unwanted pressure during the sales process. I also had a follow-up call with Lena Odeychuk and she was incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership!

Serviced my Subarus (Outback and Crosstrek) at this dealership for about 14 years. The dealership went through a couple of ownership changes. One thing remained constant - poor, deceptive service and relentless price gouging. A few examples from past encounters: -- Brake light replacement quoted at $50. -- Quoted airbag sensor harness replacement at $250 ($18 online part). -- Replaced head gaskets started leaking again a year later. Refused to acknowledge shoddy work - any further service would be "my responsibility" (that's about another $3K) -- "Check engine light" diagnostics ran $400, quoted aftermarket replacement part at $300 ($40 online). After replacement, the issue remains unresolved - and any additional "diagnostics" is "my responsibility". -- Serpentine belt replacement that had to be replaced a week after due to crooked install. -- Quoted $430 (per axle) to replace brake rotors and pads, labor only. This works out to about $570 per hour, if my math is correct (don't rush to switch your attorney suit for mechanic's robe yet.. something tells me the mechanics do not see any of that). Aside from the straight up price gouging, you also have to be on the lookout for junk fees. For example, if you bring a coupon for set-price regular service, they will still tack on a "shop fee" (one can only surmise that the said "shop" is an indpendent business entity within the service department and has its own "fee structure"). On a constructive note... As long as your car is under warranty, you would be alright. Afterwards, your best bet is to avoid this place and only go there with Subaru-specific issues (of which, unfortunately, there are many). Unfortunately, the independent auto service business scene in and around Kirkand deteriorated in recent years (probably like everywhere else), for example All Wheel Auto or Eastside Automotive which used to be decent alternatives are no longer such. However, there are still a handful of shops that will do an honest service on your car (I cannot list them here because of the overall unhealthiness of "peer pressure" this can create - but get an your phone for half an hour and you will be pleasantly surprised).

Eastside Subaru was great to work with from start to finish. They were speedy with their online responses, gave us a great quote before we even came into the dealership. As soon as we arrived they had us test drive a couple cars we were interested in. They made the car purchasing process we usually dread very easy, from the sales team to the finance team! Artur, the internet sales manager made our process seamless!

I had a terrible experience with the company's service. I had an email from Heather with a PDF that showed the out of door price, YES, I received this 1st quote from Heather with an out of door price, but when I tried to confirm it with the agent, she stopped replying to me. Then, I got another email quote from a different agent on the same day later with higher rates. How can they do this to their customers? This is fraud and unacceptable. So I called heather today, but Heather end it up transfer me to talked to Justin, she claimed she has no longer have access to the email and Justin is now the sales rep working on this, Justin was in denial, he said OTD PDF quotes was not valid. claimed no one ever emailed me with that quotes and He tried to charge me more than what was quoted from Heathers email. I felt cheated and disrespected by them. Justin was very unprofessional and rude. Justin started rise his voice during our phone call, trying to scare me or something. I decided to hang up because I didn't deserve to be treated like that as a customer or a person. I am very disappointed and angry with this dealership. They have shown a lack of professionalism and lack of ethics in their business practices. I brought my vehicle to these guys to get a repair and the tailgate and axles. I gave them the information for my extended warranty. My vehicle was there for almost 2 months and they tell me they not able to reach that warranty for my vehicle to get fixed many times I try to call them they never answer. I leave voice message. They call when they want with no results I have to take my vehicle out of there to a different dealership horrible experience with this dealership definitely, I'm not recommend this dealership for service. They have a poor customer service.
