I spend way too much money at this store. Bought shoes online, didn’t even wear them, took them back to this totem lake store to return and the manager said sorry I can’t return these they have paint on the bottom. Where did the paint come from I have no idea. It was dots anyway and they must have come that way. They are brand new straight out of box, they said we don’t know that they came that way and won’t return them. I am livid, I can’t believe 1. I am blamed for something that I didn’t do. 2 that I can’t return brand new shoes that are too big on me and I can’t even wear, full price mind you. Sooo disappointing. Very bad customer service, I haven’t been treated like this ever.

So humiliated and insulted, I went to return brand new just ordered, just received shoes that were too big to the store that I paid full price for that are 100% returnable and the manager said there is paint at the bottom, few drop and they came like that I didn't even notice. She said well I don't actually know if they came like that or not. What?? Well what am I supposed to do now? Take the fault of the company?? How is this even fair or customer service. I've never been in this situation before, definitely my last time shopping her.

I love all the staff, super friendly and super helpful. Unfortunately the manager (I think her name was Heidi) was extremely unwelcoming and made me very uncomfortable in the store. She appeared to be whispering to other employees in front of customers and overall had an extremely poor attitude. I would love to come back, however the manager is very uncomfortable and hard to be around.

This store is dangerous! I walked in to browse and kill time and was met with the sweetest and most attentive salesperson. Retail store managers take note; amazing customer service will not only drive customer retention, but also increase your sales matrix.I ended up walking out with a lot more than I anticipated spending, but the quality is on par (most brands are carried at Nordstrom) and the attentiveness is unmatched. I was informed that salespeople are not commissioned based, so I never felt obligated or pressured into spending.I even received a hand-written birthday card! Highly recommend this brand and specific location.

Had been in a few times just to browse and the staff were always welcoming. Then ended up doing a marathon fitting room session one day and the girls gave me great help and had plenty of patience! It's so clean, and COVID friendly so I felt very comfortable at all times. I like the vibe and space to browse all the lovely items. Will keep it in mind whenever I need some nice items. They were also nice to some other customers that passed in and out. Nice addition to the area!

I went in looking for jeans and the girl working, Lane, was so helpful. She helped me find different jeans and gave me great recommendations while really listening to what I was looking for. She was very friendly and looked happy to be there. Saw masks up at the counter and there was only one pack of the one I wanted and my sister wanted the same ones and Lane went to the back to search for another pack. Overall very pleased with Evereve and the people they have working there.
