For any bird owner, care at Evergreen Avian & Exotic pets is a must have relationship. Specialty training/degree in avian care is extremely important. Dr. Boutette is so skilled and takes excellent care with parrots. It was so impressive and much appreciated when he introduced himself to my parrot. Birds are so intelligent. It was amazing how that introduction made the first exam so much easier on my parrot. Annual exams are pretty traumatic for birds so the extra care goes a long way. Much appreciated. Respect is so important. I trust Dr. Boutette completely.

I took a chicken in to see the doctor, which isn't a typical pet. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, the doctor was so knowledgeable, and they fixed Merlin right up. Very very professional and kind.

Today, we took in our four fuzzy chinchilla boys. Dr. Parra and her assistant Brettney did a fantastic job taking care of them. They both were very compassionate and gentle with the boys, and they made sure all our concerns and questions were answered before leaving.Plus, the ladies at the front desk were very nice. Everyone made for a pleasant experience. ?

Dr Holly Carter is an angel vet. She cared for my rocket as much as I do and has given her all to make him feel comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to go anywhere she works so she cares for my pets. Evergreen avian is a plus plus with her.

My 35 yo Amazon and I met with Dr. Carter and her Assistant, Cindy for his annual exam. They had treated him last year for a heart condition, which he recovered admirably. This year was a clean bill of health. I was impressed with how relaxed my bird was with them. He nearly fell asleep during his nail trim.

Dr. Dai is amazing! She is caring and was so thorough with our sick holland lop bunny. The vet tech was as awesome, and handled our squirmy little buddy with ease. The receptionist, Jules brought me to tears with her kindness in my initial phone call to them. I didn’t get everyone’s names there, but the entire staff was awesome!! Great experience for us and feel we are in good hands. Thank you all!!

The staff were friendly and professional. The services provided for my ball python were exceptional, and it was a pleasant experience all the way around. Aviation is my new go-to place. Highly recommend!

I left early and was stuck in stop & go traffic, plus a slow down due to a traffic stop on the side of I-5. I called the office to let them know, I was going to be late and I was 24 miles out. they told me "Keep driving in." They called me later and asked for an update. I told them I was stuck in stop & go traffic now on 405. They told me to "Keep driving in, the vet will see you. They called me again as I was entering the parking lot. I went in and they denied me service because I was late, they knew the status of my arrival and lead me to believe they would see my bird. They proceeded to refer me to a different vet. in Bothell, an even further drive. They don't have any compassion, nor did they care. They are no Dr. Pol. This office was referred by a Denise's parrot shop. They wouldn't even refund the deposit after talking with them on the phone with updates and told to "Keep driving in." I do not recommend this veterinarian clinic. I left early and did everything I could on my end, traffic slow downs and accidents are out of my control.

Dr. Paulette and her staff are an incredible team of exotic vet specialists. They were so gentle and careful handling and treating our loved ones. They proved to have the skills, tools and knowledge to diagnose and treat several of our pet's complex health ailments. Moreover, Dr. Paulette personally reached out to follow up on our pet's well-being and make recommendations for care after our visit. She truly has a gift and passion for healing animals.
