I was referred to EvergreenHealth Home Care for hospice care for my loved one. Contacting them was an easy process and they made all the arrangements within 2 days after learning of the urgency. The social worker came to assess the situation, went over the binder with all the information and contacts, and gave me the support I needed. The bed and all other equipment were delivered on a Wednesday after calling them Tuesday morning. Nurse Venus came over on Wednesday evening to familiarize me with the process - from medication to adjusting the bed, changing diapers, etc. She was very respectful and showed a lot of compassion, understanding and patience. I was a wreck and she walked me through what to expect and gave me all the contact numbers I may need. My loved one was only in hospice care for a day, but the care and compassion shown to me by nurse Venus and the staff at the office helped me through this most difficult time. Months after my loved one passed, they continue to send me materials on grief along with their program schedule for counseling. I highly recommend EvergreenHealth Home Care.

Horrible. Didn’t have the decency to let me know they were out of network after initiating intake. Canceled my referral without telling me. I wouldn’t refer my dog to their services.

Not happy with the nursing side. Entitlement issues, not respectful. They won't cross my threshold again.

Good but not great. It started out pretty good. They contacted us almost as soon as my mom was home from the hospital and they checked in two weeks after she started her OT, PT and ST.It was all downhill from there.Scheduling was hard. Some of the therapists were rude. I would call and calls would go unreturned. They seemed in a big rush to discharge her. I believe one of her therapists even ghosted her. Telling her they were going on vacation and as ub would care for her the following week. The next when we did not hear from the sub we called and were told that the Therapist we thought was on vacation was actually working. A week goes by and no response. Then a new therapist shows up and says she was given my mother's case. She shows up and starts everything over so my mom was agitated. So if you are looking for good communication. This is not the place to go.

I had physical therapy after a right hip replacement. The exercises were great & helped with mobility. My therapist was kind, patient & always punctual. I highly recommended their therapy service.

These nurses at Evergreen home care definitely know how to take care of you mentally and physically. If they’re running late they call and let you know very professional.

Probably one of the most unorganized companies I've ever had to deal with in my life. Multiple times didn't follow thru with what they had promised, no one knows anything because they don't communicate. I had 3 people say they put in a bath order for my father before he left the hospital Tuesday, they're just calling today to get that scheduled because the nurse said they had no recordof a bath order... both his Dr, the hospital social worker and myself asked for it and nothing... so glad we chose to do it ourselves since they failed to follow thru. I was accused of neglect for raising my voice to a nurse on the phone for arguing with me about scheduling conflicts when I was just trying to get my father the proper care he needs since they kept pushing us off. When in reality they were neglecting to do their job. While the nurse was here for the at home visit she didn't come prepared to do her job, asking to use our thermometer and oximeter because she didn't have one... while she was here another patient called to confirm their appointment and she tried pushing their appointment off til later in the week. I get its busy because of covid and the state our community is in but this gives no excuse to not communicate and keep promising people their loved ones will be attended to within a day or two if they can't follow thru. I would not recommend this company to anyone, it was a headache and no one should have to get the run around when they are trying to help someone who needs it.

I had a kidney removed at Highline Hospital which is a difficult operation for a 96 year old male patient. I was referred by my Dr. to Evergreen Health Home Care upon discharge from Hospital. That was on January 22, 2020. Approx. Jan. 25th a Nurse from Evergreen called on me and I signed some papers for their help and care. This is now February 2, 2020 and I never have heard from Evergreen Health Home Care. I really needed some assistance and no one contacted and it has been 11 days since my return home. I am thankful we live at Wesley Homes, Des Moines, as the Resident Nurse was available for help. I am extremely disappointed as I have yet to be contacted and do not believe I need their help at this stage of my recovery. It is now June 6,2010 and still no responce from Evergreen Health Home Care.
