I've spent several thousand of dollars here and I have had to fix everything that they "fixed". They replaced my thermostat housing and did not reconnect the coolant hose and all of my coolant spilled out on the highway and almost caused my car to overheat. Then I got all new rotors, break pads, and sensors. A few weeks later my brake sensor went off again so I took off my wheels and found the sensors weren't secured so they were just dangling in my wheel well and were damaged. They recently replaced my knock sensor and unsurprisingly it's throwing the knock sensor code again. They always got my car in and out quickly but I would rather they spent more time doing the job correctly.

Overcharged massively for a wheel hub and a sway bar link replacement, paid over $1,500 for it, insane. Please don’t go here

A professional top-tier shop! They work on new and classic vehicles. We had my wife's 64 Chevelle SS in for work on the top end. Not only did they do the work for the original work order, but they also found the trans kick down needed adjustment, and the choke needed work. They made sure everything was top-notch before returning our vehicle. I recommend this shop for anyone seeking professional and honest work!

I have always taken my car to fixers for repairs since i lived in Kirkland. I still took my car there when i moved out, but i think that was a miscalculation on my part. Last time i took my car to their shop to be repaired, i had to spend more 1000usd (tow fee and "repair" fee) with no repair work done on my car. i don't understand how it's just and legal to make customers pay when no repairs were done. I paid 731usd for nothing. They couldn't even offer any reasonable explanation as to why. The code was P0306, but their mechanic claimed it might have been the cam shaft. That will only make sense if you're naive about car problems. i will never take my car there to be repaired. I still don't understand how anyone would charge you money for not doing what they set out to do. It makes no sense. When i brought it up to people who knows about car issues, they were appalled and suggested other places to take the car for repair. That experience depressed me. smh. They can do that to rich preppy kirlanders, i am not one of them. I'm a poor man who needs a vehicle to work and put food on the table.

The service guys (Todd and Steve) and the mechanics are great. They do great jobs at a reasonable price with full transparency.

Steve and his son worked on my classic 1951 Chevy 3100 Truck. It came in not running condition from the crooked dealer in So Calif (dont use Crown Classics-Fraudulent misrepresentation!). Steve diagnosed all the safety issues and most importantly got the Truck back working properly. I waited to write this review to see if it would hold up a month later and the truck has. This was a big repair bill but I felt Fisher Auto was fair in the way they charged me.This was the first time I used Fisher's and I am glad I did.Services: Steering & suspension repair

This is my first review ever, but I have to do it to feel better about my experience by letting others know… I took my aging, yet stalwart 98 Tahoe in for water leak diagnosis and repair a few years ago and they were friendly and courteous in doing a fine job at a worthy cost. I thought I would go out of my way to give them more business for misc. small electrical diagnosis and repairs… I made the trek from EverettWhen dropping my old truck off in the morning I was misled into believing that $500 should cover the costs for diagnosis and repair of a rear brake light, climate dash panel lights, intermittent rear windshield wiper operation and a dysfunctional gas gage. I agreed this would suffice. In retrospect I guess I inadvertently gave the shop clearance to charge up to $500 in work. A majority of this cost turned out to be for diagnostics for spendy repair parts I did not know would have been in order and would not have approved of anyway as the truck is only worth $4K. I was under the impression these repairs would be of nominal costs when agreeing to go forth with the diagnostic time.I can’t help but feel that I was not appreciated as a customer, but taken for a ride with the $550 bill. While they did get my rear brake light and instrument panel lights working, I feel the over abundance of diagnostic work was in the best interest of the shop and not the customer. As a customer don’t settle and go along with the pleasant small talk and courteous smile in the beginning, better to be serious and decipher any mumble jumble. Ask clarifying questions which may be in your best interest or get something in writing which resembles your expectations.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I'll start by mentioning that I am an ASE Certified Technician and I'm reluctantto pay anyone else to work on my personal vehicles. However, due to lackof time and summer coming up (6/22), I was willing to pay a specialist to repairthe leak in my A/C system. I had already diagnosed the leak, which was clearlycoming from the Evaporator box. The "hissing" could not only be heard over thesound of my A/C machine, but my equipment also indicated there was a leak and would not hold pressure as a result. The shop took note of thisinformation when I dropped the vehicle off at 7:30 a.m. At roughly 12 p.m. they called to let me know that the system was holding pressure, the A/C was blowing cold and running great - however the compressor would not turn on, unless they jumpered it to the battery (they wanted another $180 to start the electrical diag). I negated the idea of an electrical diag and asked them if they would hang onto it and check it again to be certain, because I knew it had a leak and the Low Pressure Switch will prevent the compressor from turning on if there is not enough pressure in the system (hence the leak). They did so and were very friendly. They called me back at around 4/5p.m. confirming the aforementioned was done and all set; they let me know I could come pick it up, upon payment of $26X.XX. Unable to test the A/C at the time given the circumstances, I drove it straight home and parked it in the garage for a couple weeks since it's a collector vehicle and I don't drive it often. 2 weeks later I finally had a chance to go through the entire electrical system to figure out what was wrong with the compressor. After finding no electrical faults, I pulled it into my shop, hooked it up to my A/C machine and checked the pressure with my Ecotechnics A/C machine . . . Zero . . . Nothing. I put a vacuum on the system and it would not even come close to holding pressure whatsoever. In fact it did the same exact thing It did prior to bringing it to them - the loud "HISS" from the Evaporator box - So loud it could be heard over the sound of the A/C machine and my air compressor combined. The same exact symptoms I had brought it to these guys with, had stressed my concern for, and paid them to repair. I paid $260+ for ?? Absolutely nothing. I called them, explained the situation (Steve I believe was his name) and kindly requested a refund, due to there being zero services performed. He was very nice, a little defensive, but nice. He was busy at the time, so he told me he would price out the parts it would need to make the repair (even though they never took the dash apart to see if any parts were even needed) and he would call me back with an estimate. Needless to say, I never heard back from him. Nor did anyone address the issue or try and make it right, which is okay - I would rather not pay them to blindly throw more of my money at it, when they weren't honest about the first $260+ I gave them.Anyway, long story stupid, I just wanted to share my experience in hopes that maybe it raises some awareness to future customers and whoever may find it helpful. Do not take their word for anything!!

Did an excellent job with my 2003 Mustang GT. Want to give a specific shoutout to Todd, one of the friendliest mechanics you'll ever meet! Went out on a test drive when I explained the problems I was having, he was upfront and honest about what I needed and probably didnt need to fix at the moment, and gave a follow-up call a couple days later to make sure my car was running good. 10/10, would take here again!
