Horrible customer service. They sold us a car with major problems and either knew it or didn't check it over like they claimed they did. They gave us the run around and the customer service was terrible. Once we got an appointment they didn't even start working on our car for a week and it came back with scratches. Don't buy a car from them!

I had a break down due to a recall-related issue. When I brought it in for inspection, they recommended a full engine replacement and did not offer a satisfactory explanation of the reason for that very expensive recommendation. I had to call twice in the ensuing weeks to seek clarification on the specific damage and was received with borderline defensiveness. I was accused of having "trust issues" with their diagnosis. I think most people have "trust issues" when thousands of dollars are on the line.

I have to say Tyler Nuckelet, the internet manager is fantastic. He gave amazing service and was very knowledgeable about the mustang. Talk to my boy Tyler. The finance manager was also great, very funny. I have been to Ford dealerships before and have gotten very pushy salespeople, not here. 3 hours total walking on the lot to driving off.

Pro tip: check the spare tire before you buy from here. This dealer will swap your spare with a cheap replacement, presumably to sell the higher end tire they took from you and make a profit. Pure shady behavior. This is especially important for anyone towing with an F-series truck because there's a chance the cheaper spare tire they give you is not capable of handling the weight of your trailer. Ford ships their vehicles with spare tires that are the same brand/model as your main tires. While it's normal for the spare to be a slightly different size, the brand and model has to be the same in order to support the weight capacities of the vehicle. It's for this reason why Ford's website recommends you do the same when making major changes to your tires, IE changing sizes or use case (IE highway tires to mud tires). Outside of that, expect the standard shenanigans and sales games to take place during the negotiations. I recommend coming in there having done all your research on what you want, and price point the vehicle is selling at, set your limits, and give them a firm line. If they start wearing you down by feeding you BS and dragging things out, walk out.

These people would LoJack anything for a buck! They pressure you, rush you and, talk over you constantly. When getting numbers for a cash purchase, they presented $7k in mark-ups like LoJack, VIN etching, and an extended warranty. They even overcharge the state DOC fee lol. If the salesperson, says OK every 2 seconds, OK. Stay clear, OK. He cuts you off, OK, and redirects the conversation. OK. Never gives straight answer, OK. Walk away or work with someone else.

This was probably the best service department ever. I have been there before and this time I tried their new service where they pick up the car from your house and drop it off when they are done. They didn't charge me for that service. They called me and went over things. I would definitely do it again. Very cool people

I preordered a 23' Maverick and was in comms with Karson from Ford of Kirkland. Karson went above and beyond to make sure me and my family felt comfortable with the long process that is purchasing a vehicle. 10 out of 10 on customer service.

GPS tracking devices are installed on all new vehicles, and you are charged for them. hundreds of dollars plus tax. they tell you they will refund you or take them off in exchange for your feedback with Ford, but they do not do this. I will also be writing Elena Ford personally to express my dissatisfaction with their sales ethics. My purchase, a 2023 Mustang Mach-e also had scratches on it all over the paint job, I have never been delivered a brand-new car with a finish so poorly managed before. I did get a deal on the car, but I don't think that the gouge I received on my trade, the damaged finish on the new car and the dealer markup by installing tracking devices of all things would make up for it. I would steer clear of this dealship if you are considering a new car.

Needed to take my Ford into local dealership for regular scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting on a problem with my audio/electrical system. Decided to take it to Ford of Kirkland where I'd had my car serviced the last couple years. When I checked their online service scheduling in late Sept., it showed soonest available date was 3-1/2 weeks out. That should have been a red flag. On Oct. 3 I booked an appointment for Oct. 26. Took the car in and dropped it off the afternoon before so they'd have it to start work first thing the next morning. The next day, Service Rep called mid-morning and said they wouldn't be able to get to it til early the following week. Rather than be without a car for five days, I had them deliver the car back to my residence. Should have been red flag #2. The Service Rep said he'd hold my car in the queue for Tuesday the next week. No word back from the Service Rep on Monday, so called in to check the RE-scheduled appointment. Turned out that Rep was off that day, another Rep saw an open order in the system but wasn't clear if the car would be seen. Ended up speaking with a Scheduler who said they'd spoken with the initial Rep on Saturday and confirmed they'd get it in on Tuesday. Should have been red flag #3. Took the car back in and dropped it off on Monday afternoon, again so they'd have it first thing the next work to work on it. Next three days was back and forth checking if they got it in, to either "didn't get it in today, will 'try' again tomorrow." Told them Thursday afternoon it NEEDED to start working on it Friday morning. Also, it was apparent they were having systemic issues in their Service Dept., and I'd call the next day to speak with the Senior Service Manager. Checked noon-time Friday if they'd started to work on the car yet, only to be told, "As soon as my Tech finishes up on another car, then we'll get yours in." I told them I'd had enough, to pull my car out of the queue, I was going to take my business to another Ford dealer, and to deliver the car back to my residence for a second time in consecutive weeks without even having been looked at. I left a voicemail with the Service Manager expressing my frustration and requested a return call to discuss their need to address clear Maintenance staffing and volume management issues. If you're needing Ford service here in fall 2023, I'd HIGHLY suggest looking to another dealership than Ford of Kirkland.

I've been here a handful of times over the years and EVERY SINGLE TIME I'm here its major frustration and disappointment, and I ALWAYS coming in hoping for a better experience than last. They send you back and forth back and forth from person to person, dept to dept bc apparently no one can do anything here. I think I've dealt with Dean before and he's great, but Troy is AWFUL! Do not deal with him, he apparently has never quite figured out how to work in customer service and has no idea how to work with people. This place is a mess and so poorly ran. When I came to buy a new car about a year ago the salesman took my keys hostage and refused to give them back. I was about a second away from calling the cops. I will be taking my business elsewhere and what's sad for them is I am in the market to buy a new car again and love my ford, but I'll be sure to purchase at a different dealership. They are nothing but UNHELPFUL AND RUDE here.

I have been having problems trying to get my vehicle into this Ford dealership to have my airbag fixed for 3 months and the national recall center reached out to me three times and they called the Ford dealership And spoke to the repair receptionist and I never got any phone calls back on a Ford 2010 ranger that has defective airbags note the recall still is still sending me notices over and over and over on a Ford ranger pickup with airbags defective on the driver's passenger and the door side and the Ford dealership has not reached out to me at all

We went in to take a peek at a Mustang Mach-E, got a great tour of the car & features, took a leisurely test drive and then had the absolute best no-pressure sales experience with Zach Jones and sales manager Rich Ewing. I have bought way too many new cars over the years and this was such a contract to the typical dealer hard-sell!

Apparently we need to keep changing Ford dealers to try and get decent service. After using another dealer from 2007-2019 , we switched to Kirkland after several poor experiences with the previous service department. We have been happy with the Kirkland service since then, until now. Then this morning I called to get an appointment for a simple oil change service. The woman answering would ask a question, then I would answer and there would be 20+ seconds of dead silence before she spoke again. When she finally asked me what date I wanted, I gave it to her, and she put me on hold. I watched the call time display down on my cell phone, listening to music for 17 minutes. I finally hung up and called another Ford dealer, closer to home where I made an appointment in about 2 minutes. Hopefully the 3rd time is a charm.

What a terrible receptionist. "Deanna" or "deena" what a miserable person. So beyond rude, maybe you should quit so your business actually gets a good review.
