The employees are nice but they resized my ring and made it oval so it still hurts on the sides. When I asked them about it I was told they didn’t want to endanger the diamonds in the front of getting loose. I told them I wish they would’ve let me know because I can’t do anything with an oval ring that hurts still. The only way they’d fix is is if we payed again for it. Very disappointed and hope this doesn’t happen to another person. Make sure to ask them not to make the ring oval if you’re getting it resized and it has diamonds on the band.

Every single associate was an absolute delight! Marta was especially wonderful and took very good care of us. Will definitely be returning to this Kirkland location.

The last few times I've shopped here, I encountered the rudest of rude employees in any store I've ever shopped at in Puget Sound. Last Monday I encountered the third rudest of them all. I never thought I'd abandon Fred Meyers, but I have. Just shopped at Trader Joe's & Whole Foods here at Totem Lake and was treated with upbeat and polite staff. On my way to QFC & Costco to purchase the rest of my Thanksgiving foods.

I called the jewelry department to check on the watch repair person and I only started saying "you have a watch person at your store.." and the person in Jewelry department cut me off and said "yes he's here until 6 my dear" then hung up. Wow how rude! I don't have a need to go to the jewelry department right now but never will in the future with this kind of attitude. The watch guy isn't part of the jewelry dept but you allowing him to be there so why being so rude when answering call?

Let's start with the customer service desk. If you decide to return an item to Kirkland FM, you would deal with a rude person who gives you bad time... Talking to some other customers before and they have mentioned about this person bad attitude.. I said this issue to the manager (a young lady) who works second shift, It did not appear she cares.. Well, now I am planning to change my store where their shelves are not empty most of the time...

No stars is more appropriate. I was over charged $28 at check out due incorrect sales prices in their system. I was met with enormous sighs of annoyance when I asked them to double check if I was understanding what I had been charged. I had to run all over the store taking pics of their posted sales. After explaining in detail to one employee, she handed me off to "removed" (written on his name tag), and had to explain all over again. This process took 30 minutes for him to follow and refund my money to more sighs. At no time did anyone say "sorry" for the mistake or the inconvenience, nor did they seem concerned that the $6.99 cheddar was ringing up at $16.99.

Prices are great at Fred Myers. But if your get paper bags double it. My bags all tore taking them up to my house. My cashier was great.

I met Ashley when she opened up the garden department for me after it was closed for the day. She did not have to do that, yet she did. She was extremely kind and patient, giving me all the time I needed to gather up the items to make my purchase. She has helped me many, many times on my excursions to Fred Meyers in Kirkland. Ashley is extremely knowledgeable about all the different areas in all the different departments throughout the entire store, Home, Garden, and Food. I don't know if she's in management, and if so, what level, I only know she always has all the answers! I hope Fred Meyer realizes how valuable she is at the store level and doesn't let her get away! Ashley is a wonderful asset to Fred Meyers and one we don't want to lose!

All the reviews on poor customer service ring true. Louis quoted me one price, then called back the next day after I had left the jewelry with them with a price more than 3 times as much. Said that was the price from the jeweler and it was standard, but if that was the case then that should have been reflected in the quote. Then, when the item was done, they didn't let me know. I had to stop by when I was in the area and insist my item was there and supposed to be ready before it was found. Gave one star for a fast turnaround, otherwise this would be a 1 star review. If I use Fred Meyer Jewelers again, it won't be here. Good jewelers, poor salesforce.

I strongly recommend that you take your jewelry somewhere else. The Fred Meyer Jewelry store isn't really Fred Meyer. At least that's what one of the Assistant Managers at the Fred Meyer store in Lacey Washington said. The store in Lacey, Washington told me when I took my real pearls to be restrung that all jewelry is kept in that store, not sent out. I took my pearls in on July 22, 2022. I have tried several times to get them back to take them somewhere else. They cannot give them to me. They couldn't find them the second time I tried. Today, September 13, 2022, they tell me they are "in the shop"! Customer Service again told me, today, that all jewelry is kept at the same store where they were taken. BUT, THEY AREN'T THERE!!! I told Jeana, the Manager on Duty, that I wanted my pearls tomorrow. She said "well, they won't be there"!!! So, what am I supposed to do? I have threatened to file a Police Report that I think they've been stolen, but they don't care, go ahead! Take your jewelry somewhere else. Also, I don't recommend buying anything from them. Read reviews!

Great place to get little things on a budget. I wouldn’t go here for big decisions though. Great warranty.

Once again I just ended dropping my groceries and leaving without checking out. This store has the most poorly designed checkout process. They never have all of the self checkouts open, they only ever have one cashier working the south exit and only ever a couple of cashier at the main checkouts. Stood in line for 20 minutes trying to use a self checkout but because they have no clearly defined queue people just kept creating new lines or cutting in front of everyone already in line. This place just isn't worth it because it takes all day to check out.

Absolutely appalling service- had to have my ring resized here four times before they got it to the right size, and by the time they finished, the band was so thin I could bend in half it with one finger. The manager called me a liar, said the ring had been that thin when I brought it in, and refused to fix it unless I showed him photographic evidence of it being thicker. I told him to refund me so I could go somewhere else/ and he refused to refund me the cost of the ring that he had ruined. Zero stars, people- do not bring your jewelry here u less you want it ruined, and also to be verbally abused by an aging white man.
