Prices are great at Fred Myers. But if your get paper bags double it. My bags all tore taking them up to my house. My cashier was great.

The new female pharmacist who has Black wrong hair never ask me if I have any questions about taking medicines and never explains dosing and side effects. Please be professional if your hob is in healthcare industry. People lives matter.

Have been here quite a few times. Most of the times prescriptions were not ready to pick-up. I understand it would not be ready if I am going just after my doctor visits but I had gone there after 7-8 hrs and even at that time they were not ready. There had been a case where I had visited next day but the same case.

Outstanding customer service and a staff that truly cares. The staff is personable, kind, easy to get a hold of and goes out of their way to help. I use to be a loyal Walgreens customer but after trying Fred Meyer Pharmacy there was no going back. Hands down Fred Meyer is friendlier, faster, and has better pricing. They also have a drive through, which was a big reason why I tried them out, glad I did.

I went to pick up my prescriptions today around 2:25 and there was no one in line besides me. There were 4 staff behind the counter, they all looked at me, but not a single one came to over to help me. After standing there for a couple minutes another lady got in line behind me. Again all of the staff looked our direction, but none of them came over to help. The lady behind me asked if they had acknowledged me yet and asked how long I had been standing there. I told her no they hadn’t and that it had been a few minutes. I proceeded to stand there for another couple of minutes before I just left because I was tired of being ignored and wasting my time. So rude and so unprofessional.

I do not recommend this pharmacy. Not only did they make a mistake with our prescription, which is understandable since they are understaffed, but they lied about it and treated me poorly. They billed my insurance company before I picked up a drug, then wouldn't allow me to pick up the drug. They said it was because another patient with the same name already picked it up - 3 days before my doctor submitted it, which didn't make sense. Although as it turned out, my doctor had submitted it and it was the same Rx. They grudgingly gave me the prescription after more than an hour of waiting, claiming they would not charge me since my insurance company made the mistake and they didn't have time to fix it. ??? Other customers were getting very angry while I was there, so presumably this was not an isolated incident. I think they should have admitted their error in prematurely charging the insurance company instead of concocting an elaborate lie about a nonexistent other customer and prescription. And while I appreciated receiving the drug at "no charge," I did not appreciate being treated rudely as if the entire issue - which required 2 visits, 3 phone calls and several hours to sort out - was my fault.
