Tablet check in was very handy and much nicer then having to fill out a bunch paperwork.I was very disappointed with my appointment with Kim Lavender. She chuckled multiple times when I was explaining my concerns. She didn’t know about issues seen on my CT ab scan and stated that she’s just an ARNP and not a doctor and doesn’t know everything about GI. That does not instill much confidence. I felt like the appointment was a huge waste of my time. I mentioned I was on ethromyicin and she said well I “think” you should stay on that. But again it wasn’t said with confidence, it was like she was guessing. And she was like oh you’re on the liquid form how gross. I said it wasn’t too bad tasting and she said again doesn’t sound good, I can get you the pill form. But it hindsight my understanding is I was put on the liquid form because my body would process it easier than the pill form. She did call with an update after talking to her doctor colleagues about my CT scan and I did appreciate that.Overall I just felt she was really unprofessional and I didn’t leave the appointment feeling like I got help or guidance on my condition.

Billing department is awful. Had a procedure May 2022. Billing dept. billed insurance incorrectly twice. Then the service was coded incorrectly. I called three times and was promised call backs which never occurred. As of November 13 2023. I still have no correct bill.I’ll leave it to the reader if this is a reflection of the care provided.

Another one star review. For the same reason as others.First, thanks the the healthcare team and doctors... I have no complaints about the procedure.Phone system is horrible. The communications with you as a patient is horrible, disconnected, some physical mail (not timely) some duplicate text messages, you can't reply to, email messages, but you can't reply to them either. Notice a trend... When you read the reviews over time, what needs to get fixed is the communications.By the way, my expectations for "great service" isn't what's missing. Just try not to suck quite so much.I know your "...goal is always to provide an exceptional healthcare experience." So fix it already.

They should be an option for zero. The office staff is great, but my biggest disappointment is that PSG has out sourced their Billing dept and whenever you call you are ruching someone in a foreign country. I have been calling them since September regarding my daughter's acct and not getting anywhere. Why are American business continuing to out source their work ?

No one picks up the phone there. My appointment time was changed and when i arrived at the office the receptionist was very dismissive and unhelpful to find a solution. My appointment was canceled but still received confusing text messages. I also witnessed a husband getting reprimanded for being in the waiting room and not at the the random door down the hallway to pick up his wife. Very disappointed.

5 stars for Dr Mason! He’s amazing with incredible bedside manner.Minus 2 stars for constant long waits on the phone. I keep trying to access patient portal and there’s an error link. It sucks when you’ve had a procedure and no one is there to answer my concerns. They need to hire more receptionists because every time I call it’s longer than 15mins!

Thanks to Gastro Health reception & billing team I had the pleasure of talking to a COLLECTING AGENCY for the first time in my life. I have a very good insurance provider, but Evergreen team managed to get my home address WRONG (which I requested to correct, but it was left unchanged) and also billed one service out of many which I received during my surgery to the WRONG INSURANCE provider! How do you even do that if the rest was billed correctly? The worst service ever. I will never use this hospital again no matter how good the service they provide.

The surgical staff and Dr. Robin Sloane were fantastic. The anesthesia nurse had a kind personality and fun to talk with. Sophie made me feel at ease and Dr. Sloane took time to answer my questions. I was very impressed with the entire team including the admissions team. The whole team worked in unison and made the experience so positive and easy. They ran the operating room and intake room efficiently and extremely professional. I appreciated the follow-up phone call the morning after the procedure. The instruction packet that was mailed to me provided me great information in an easy and understandable manner. I recommend the whole team at Gastro Health in Kirkland and felt the entire experience was improved because of the highly professional and expertly trained staff.

Short update: Despite the response below, nobody from their office has ever called to follow-up like they suggested they would. Their responses are for show and not substance. My experience over the past few months has been so poor and confusing I wonder what the actual medical care would be like. I contacted them in June via phone and through their very poorly designed portal to schedule a routine exam. When I got a call back several days later to set me up as a new patient, I was told to expect a second call in a few weeks to schedule my screening. I qualified for a phone screen so I didn’t have to come in. Great. Two months go by, I forget about it, and then I get a call to schedule me for an office screening visit in two months. That’s June for first call back and October for the screening and still to schedule the actual exam. I ask about the phone screen option and am told they’ve paused doing them, and I could be put on a list to be called in a month to schedule one. However, my wife did one last week. “I’m new, and I don’t know.” is what the caller told me when I mentioned this.If you don’t have to see this particular provider, I would look elsewhere. Their operations are clearly a mess and I don’t see how their management of actual patient care could be at a higher standard.

The nurse, Annie, was very thorough, friendly, & helped me feel comfortable right away. She's a keeper! Dr. Mason was exceptional! Knowledgeable, caring, listened well, & explained all to my understanding. Thee Best!!

Tried to call 3 times to reschedule an appointment. All within business hours. Each time the wait (thanks for hold, please continue to stay on the line) is over 30mins. Very very very hard to get hold of a human person.

This is so sad. I was a patient at this clinic for 20 years. Sadly it is no longer dr. owned and has been purchased by some sort of investment company. Everything changed overnight starting with incredibly bad phone and customer service. My Dr. retired.. as they all did when the practice was sold. I know the current Drs. and staff are all competent and caring. It is the practice admin structure that is failing. I called three times to try to set up an appt with a new practitioner in the practice. Put on hold for 15 mins then message says leave your number we'll call back. That never happened. So I went on to my patient portal two weeks ago to requested an appointment with a new doc... still have had NO RESPONSE whatsoever. Convenient location and I love Evergreen hospital/medical center but this organization is off my list. Have called another practice, spoken with a nice, helpful human and made my appointment for an initial visit. Thankful to find a privately owned group to go to for care. It is sad what is happening to all of us, patients, doctors, nurses etc with the corporate takeover of our medical facilities.

Dr. Levin was my doctor at this office, he has retired. I am due for my 5 year check colonoscopy, I had to ASK for them to send me a recall letter, since receiving it, I am not able to reach anyone to schedule an appointment, not by phone and no response from the message I left in the portal. Not sure what is going on here, but my health has to be better prioritized than this. I have a family history of colon cancer, so waiting for a call back that might never come isn't really an option. It actually has made me uneasy about going here for future services, requested a referral from my regular doctor today. I hope the patients that actually get an appointment are better cared for than the patients trying to get an appointment!

If I could give zero stars .... I would've done so without hesitation. The problems at Gastro Health - Kirkland are NOT the Doctors, but the Clinical Office support staff and some of the MA's . The office staff are some of the most condescendingly rude and abrasive people I've ever encountered in a Medical facility. The reality, is the office staff yields way to much control over the patients quality of care. They know patients rely on them as a liaison between the patients insurance company their billing department and they utilize it with complete disregard.Office Staff are the first line people most patients meet and will always set the tone of the visit and to have such rude and MEAN office personal is the first step of losing patients to a better Gastro practice.

This place is the WORST. Avoid at all costs. Currently being mismanaged into the ground.Prepare to sit on hold to schedule an appointment for over an hour. EVERYDAY. Even 5 minutes after opening.Your doctor won’t even respond to messages in the online portal they BEG you to use for everything, they will just tell you to come in for a visit, yet simultaneously they are booked out 2 months. Even for a simple doctors note. What a joke.
