Lady working there doesn't seem like she knows what shes doing. Had a lot better experience over the phone rather than this location. I was feeling judged the whole time.

I have banked with GESA for over 25 years and their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I have another account with Navy Federal and their customer service is 1,000 percent better than GESA. Honestly, I wish I could give GESA no stars!!

Lived in Tri-Cities for many years. Love this CU. Glad to see that they merged and migrated their service area to this side of cascades. I still have part of pay directly deposited to this CU, although I also have BECU accounts. It is much easier to manage business with a local representative. Looking forward to more interactions with GESA.

Cant make payments from app unless you add another bank acct…. They charge you to make a payment over the phone…..website payments only allow the exact amount of the loan…..you have to go in to make a higher payment…..customer service is a joke and they’re extremely unprepared for customer questions and concerns??♂️??♂️

This credit union is refusing to close my account, despite admitting it has zero balances and is not under investigation. I have been contacting them for over a month to request closure and each time they "submit a request" and tell me about new "exciting" loan opportunities. I joined Inspirus Credit Union originally, but Gesa bought them out. I have honestly only ever had bad experiences with them and their customer services department. They're hard to get a hold of, and rude when you do. I have filed complaints with the NCUA and BBB. This review is to help draw attention to those complaints. All I want is for the account to be closed.

My wife and I had an amazing experience while we we at the GESA Credit Union that’s located in Kirkland. Samira and the manager that was there were very helpful and fun to work with. Thank you GESA for having amazing staff.

Worst financial institution I've ever dealt with. They say one thing and do another. I can't keep up.I will be refinancing through another agency ASAP.

I had literally the very best experience from begining to end with GESA. From Patty the Loan Specailist who took my auto laon application to the super low interest rate and then to the local branch employees. The ease and overall feeling of appriciation from the entire staff was refreshing. I'm usually not so enamered with service but GESA deserves this one. Well done and thank you for making me feel specail. Shawn

I have been very pleased with the assistance Ambrose Ng, at the Kirkland, WA GESA branch provided me.Recently, he advised me to refinance my auto loan to a lower % rate. Before that he suggested I put a portion of my savings into a short-term CD where I will earn much more than if it was left in my savings account.

Saundra is an amazing banker! She will go above and beyond to help her customers! I can’t thank her enough! She worked with me to make sure I got the best accounts and personal loan to help me pay down my debt. It’s so sad that a woman would come on here and write a review of her just because her failing business isn’t doing a good job. Don’t take my word for it. Check out her business on Yelp: Aura Laser Skin Care. Apparently this is their MO. They have fake, threatening statements against all the reviews they get that are bad. Too bad they just can’t get their act together there.
