My car had been badly damaged by an attempted steal, but luckily they did not take it. The insurance company found Honda of Kirkland to do the repairs. Luckily I take my car there for service so was quite pleased that my car ended up there. I am even more pleased by the experience that I have had. Joe had been such a great help and even took time to get the ball rolling on the insurance end. If you ever need repair work done on your Honda please take it to Honda of Kirkland, they are the best!

It was a great experience! My husband and I called the Honda dealership Parker answered the phone he was so nice and kind. We decided to give Honda a shot due to Parker’s welcoming. With the help of Parker we told him what kind of car we wanted and he listened to us and showed us exactly what we wanted. After evaluating the cars he should us we bought the car we wanted. Parker is a very professional consultant, he is very patient and has a lot of knowledge about cars. If given the opportunity, I will definitely recommend anyone in need around me to buy a car from Honda of Kirkland.

It was a great experience! My friend and I conducted test drives with the help of Isaac. After evaluating the specific car condition, we bought the car we wanted. Isaac is a very professional consultant, he is very patient and has a lot of knowledge about cars. I would avoid getting your car serviced here,Two months ago I brought my car in for a recall. Repairs ended up being needed to complete that recall, not a big deal.During those repairs they scratched up my interior and bumper pretty bad, curbed my wheel, and put a bubble in one of my tires.After two months they finally are replacing two of the tires but they lost the photos they took and the photos I sent them three times, I had to call them weekly and for the first month they had no idea what I was talking about.Now I have to go get the other tires replaced and an alignment. It would have been nice to get it all done at once but they didn't even give me that option.Update: apparently the recall was never performed or the paperwork wasn't submitted because I just got another notice.TL;DR: be prepared for inconsistent responses a lot of frustration and possible damage if you get your car serviced here.

We wanted to buy a new CRV. My husband called and told them what we wanted and they said we should put a $2000 by a credit card to hold it.We sent over a copy of our credit card and they never even used it!We went down to our appointment Monday morning at 9am and they were unprepared and we had to wait. Then he got copies of our license and insurance and brought mats out.We wanted to pay cash for the car and they tried pressuring us into financing and told us we couldn't take the car until our check cleared. We went to the bank 7 minutes away and wired funds $47,000. I got confirmation that they had received funds later that day.We waited almost a whole day to hear that they received funds and then more delays to get temporary plates etc!I'm so frustrated with my experience that I'm ready to cancel the purchase and go somewhere else!We were going to buy an Odyssey too but NOT NOW!!!The first visit was almost 2 hours and if we could have gotten the amount before we went in to our appointment, we could have wired funds before we went in!UPDATE!I called and spoke to the sales manager Jay Hawn and told him about my experience.He looked into it and called me back and solved all my issues!He's going to send over the amount to wire for the Odyssey before we go in and streamline the process for us!Always talk to the manager!

After a very frustrating experience trying to buy a car at Honda of Bellevue (since we are from Bellevue), we went to Honda of Kirkland and got the car we wanted at a good price with minimal hassle. Sandu was our sales rep; we just texted; he wouldn't initially meet our price, but texted back 2 days later meet our price, and everything was super-smooth. We are very happy with the car.If you are thinking of buying a Honda, avoid Honda of Bellevue (especially the sales guy named Dennis and their false promise of Costco pricing - they are liars), and consider Honda of Kirkland instead.

I don’t get some of the rare lower rating in here. We just got our 3rd Vehicle from these guys which is certainly enough business to have an education and informed opinion regarding the experience that they provide. Everyone is friendly and we never felt pressured during the process.There pricing is competitive with any dealership In the state and every time we go in they make it easy, which holds a lot of value with us. We will keep coming here and we have also referred a couple family friends to Honda of Kirkland.

Terrible service! If you don't speak English or have any communication difficulties, don't come. I simply went to the counter to try to schedule a quote and the employee RICH KIM treated me very badly. I needed a solution for a vibration in the wheels. First he said they didn't do the service but he was saying that because he didn't want to help me so I insisted saying I wanted to do the service at the HONDA store then he said I had to explain better in other words he did the service and I didn't want it answer me! I explained and he didn't understand so he told other employees who just started laughing at me because I said that the noise and vibration of the wheels could only be heard from inside the car. I informed him that I didn't find it funny and wanted to be treated with respect. I clearly suffered prejudice and description in this store for not speaking English! But when it comes to selling the car, you can be from anywhere in the world, but if you need repairs and respectful service, forget it.

I had booked an appointment for transmission fluid replacement and 2 mud flats (front of car, come in pairs).My appointment was for 3 pm. Arrived at 3...but then waited and waited - then I complained. Then I waited and waited. Finally a manager came out, saying it would be 1/2 hours to 2 hours to get it done.This is a ridiculous amount of time for a scheduled appointment of this type. It should take 30 minutes...Sorry to say, the service has gone downhill. Also sorry, but they've LOST my business PERMANENTLY.There are plenty of other places elsewhere that really WANT your business...

We received outstanding sales service from Jacqueline Larson at Honda of Kirkland. When other dealers said it would be more than a month to get a hybrid CR-V, she got us an excellent one on site. She was professionally, knowledgeable, and not pushy. She made sure we got what we wanted, and helped us learn many of the incredible features of our new car. It was a great buying experience!

Joe LaRosee is absolutely outstanding! A thousand stars. He was so kind, respectful, friendly, and immeasurably patient, and helped us purchase the perfect car. He went above and beyond returning our messages and working numbers until everything worked out. His relaxed, no-pressure demeanor is wonderful to work with, and he is extremely diligent and very efficient. What a fantastic experience buying a car at Honda of Kirkland. We will be referring friends and family left and right to go see them.
