Finding and buying the right car is always a handful job, we went to Hyundai of Kirkland with no planning but the target was to get a hybrid car. Anthony and guys from this place were fantastic, showed us around with several options, helped us to decide the best of our needs (2024 Elantra), stayed more than 3 hours after closing on a weekend day until we were fully complete. Have driven this car for more than week and it is just awesome. Great place to buy a car !!

I have the worst experience there today 5/14/24. I went there to get my oil change n trunk leaking water issues n none got done. Their oil change price is 140$ plus tax while others places are 179$ for 3 full synthetic oil change. I waited 6hrs n they finally told me that my trunk water leaking is not cover under warranty. They said that my trunk been in accident before n the paint is off too so they not covering it. While i bought the Elantra there brand new w no accident whatsoever. Most ridiculous i heard. Then they said they only cover 3yrs 36k miles only for body damage too. While they don’t say that before w the advisors. So make sure u know it’s not 10yr 100k guys. So they made me pay for the diagnosis for the trunk n the horn. Then the advisor finally cut the labor out n made me pay the diagnosis. They know damn well it’s not my fault. This is so wrong guys. I hope anyone reading this will not buy a Hyundai at least there. I feel like I’m paying stupid money outta pocket. To all the Viet people out there. Do not pay “Tiền Ngu” god damn them.
So the only place i took the car to was Auburn Hyundai for oil change n cabin filter right. You have to call them to schedule an appointment for at least 1-1.5 months ahead just to get an appointment. Others car dealerships u can just drive right in none appointments needed. Never seen So much hassle for a new car. 2023 Elantra blue hybrid. Head lights went out like 4-5 times. Horn went out 2 times. N now damn trunk leaking water is the worst within 1.5 yrs. N now they just gona say that it’s my problem. I had my 2017 Honda Hrv for 5-6yrs not one damn problems haha.
To all Reading this. Do not buy from them. When u buy it’s a good sale but when u have services this is how it is.
To all the people reading this n Viet. Do Not buy a Huyndai there unless u want to stress out like me. Very disappointed n hassle driving a new car from them…never ever again Mr huyndaiiiiiii.....

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, and I had originally intended to buy from another dealership in Kirkland, but after a rather unpleasant experience I looked for a different one. I found a vehicle online that met all my needs and did a bunch of research on fair pricing. The online listing was fair, so I went in intending to negotiate to keep it fair, but was pleasantly surprised when I didn't need to. Our sales person. Dakota, was friendly and kind and put no pressure on me to accept add-ons that I knew I wasn't going to want. I worked with Alyssa for financing and she was also fair and made everything easy to understand. We did negotiate for gap insurance and in the end I feel like I walked out with a good deal and a good vehicle.

I got to work with both Jacob and Kylee when purchasing my Hyundai here in Kirkland. They were both excellent to work with, and made buying a car enjoyable! Jacob was very knowledgable and helped me compare key features I was looking for when purchasing a vehicle. Kylee helped with finalizing our purchase and was extremely helpful and kind.
