We came here because they had a used car we were interested in and because our local Ford dealer had horrible customer service and I didn’t want to give them my business.Coming here was vastly different and we were immediately greeted by everyone here.Our salesmen, Stephen was attentive, friendly, and had great customer service! We definitely recommend him!Getting another car was a big decision for us, but I’m glad we did, we love our new car!

Just sat in to help a friend purchase a car. Sales Rep Andrew was very helpful in getting us a decent price on the vehicle and was more than understanding when we requested the oil to be drained to the appropriate level as the service department over-filled it. 5 stars for Andrew, 3 stars for the service department's oversight.

Great place! I enjoyed working with David Kim. He was able to send me a quote via email right away and kept his word on our deal when I arrived. He also didn't try to sell me any additional products which I appreciate. I think they gave me a great price. Alyssa the financing manager was excellent as well. I highly recommend this dealership.And the pick up is much better in the Elantra than the Corolla!!

My experience from the start with Hyundai of Kirkland has been nothing less than a disaster. After my car got broken into and was unable to get in any local dealers, I came to them to fixed the damage to my vehicle. The day before my vehicle was being drop off, I stopped to with some paperwork from my insurance company. One of the salesman (CD are his initials) on staff showed me to service area. Then out of curiosity, I decided to see what would I qualify for to get a different car. I did the test drive of one of their vehicles, but let him know I needed to crunch the numbers before making a final decision. He proceeded to text me in an inappropriate manner multiple days. Finally, the 3rd day calling and texting, I let him know I was not going to proceed with a purchase at this time. He proceeded to insult me via text and even made fun of the military branch I served in. For some reason I decided to keep the car there and do the repairs. The service representative assigned to help me (DC are his initials) was hard to reach everytime. He would respond 2 or more dayd after and always giving excuses and adding more and more repairs to the list. Repairs ended up reaching $5000. I got my car after 2 months 2 weeks ago. First, my car seat covers no where to be found and my seats were cover in dirt and smudges all over. My car was disgustingly dirty inside and out and had glass still all over the interior, writing on the glass, leaves, dirt and everything in the mix. They excused themselves by saying "they don't offer detail cleaning services". I understand that but couldn't they have at least wash the car on the outside? My plates were off and on mypassenger seat. When I point that out I got a "it wasn't us". I also noticed they broke my shift box cover. They told me this was necessary in order to "fix" the car. They told me I can call my insurance and they can send an estimate for the part to be replaced which I think is ridiculous. I called my insurance and they approved the replacement of the part. I been trying to reach someone for over a week left voicemails even and no one has returned my calls norhave they answer when I call. All I need is the estimate for the part so I can get my car back together. At first, I said I would never buy a car here due to the horrible experience with the sales department. After this experience with the service department, I realized the problem is the whole establishment. I would never come in. I will be looking for a replacement elsewhere as I am tired of calling and be bounced around mail boxes with no call back or response. Stay away from here and safe yourself a huge headache.

We just bought a car from Hyundai of Kirkland. It was the best car buying experience either of us have ever had. David Kim was awesome! So helpful and took really good care of us! He made the experience stress free. He stayed in communication with us throughout the process of buying our car and answered all our questions. He was amazing! I highly recommend him for his expertise and knowledge. He was gracious, helpful, and he went the extra mile to make our car buying experience positive and easy.

In my opinion the best Hyundai dealer in the state. Huge selection of vehicles and the best staff. I would especially like to mention the dealer Sofia. With her help, the process of purchasing a vehicle was very fast. They also helped me with the insurance company. Adrian's excellent work and patience must also be commended. In general, I highly recommend this dealership and, if possible, get to these people!

I went to Hyundai of Kirkland because they provide high quality customer service. The salesman are very supportive and are not annoying as they are at other dealerships. The person that assisted me today was David Kim. He is very nice, courteous and professional. Mr. David Kim's customer service is excellent! Also, the finance representative was very supportive as well and answered any questions that I had. Due to the customer service being great, this is the reason I am loyal to Hyundai of Kirkland in addition to how great Hyundai cars are! I would like to say thank you to Hyundai of Kirkland, David Kim, Alyssa, and most of all, Hyundai automobiles. I love Hyundai!

We are so happy with our purchase of our "NEW TO US" 2018 Honda CR-V EX-L. We found this car online 2 weeks prior and hoped that it would still be on the lot when we had time to make the two hour drive to test drive it! Thankfully it was still there! We walked in, test drove it, and had a set number we were willing to pay. The sales manager Gary and the female finance lady helped us work numbers and was able to get us out the door at exactly what we went in there willing to pay. They all worked together to make sure we were taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend their dealership! Fair pricing, great customer service, and friendly environment! Thank you Hyundai of Kirkland!

There was absolutely no pressure to buy. He answered all of our questions. We received fair prices on the car we purchased. When I purchased my vehicle, my car was all gassed and cleaned up, ready to go!The signing of the final documents was smooth and fast. The finance person was professional. I bought an Ioniq 5. It is so cool. I compared the price for a while before I bought it. They have good prices. But the dealership was so busy at first.And David Kim is a nice sales men. He helped me a lot. I think he is honest man. You can contact to David if you don't know anybody in Hyundai.

Good luck having any service done to your car here. Scheduling a recall and other warranty related problems with this dealership is nearly six months out. Never coming back here.

Saw Hyundai running lease specials on their website for the ioniq 6 so I went through their inventory and picked out a car they had in stock. I ran all the numbers on their websites and received a lease offer for $459 per month including all taxes, fees etc. I called the dealer to verify. Marcus answered the phone, I said hey I want to make sure this pricing is correct before I come in. He guaranteed me it was right and they could do whatever the website showed. So I went over to the dealer, drove the car and said I'll take it so we sit down to do the paperwork. He says he is just printing up the paperwork then comes back like 30 minutes later and says the best they can do on the lease is actually double the price that was quoted. I have an 800 credit score so no issue there. He goes back and forth to his manager 3 times and essentially comes back with a $686 payment when their site is advertising $399 payment. Then he comes back $600 then he comes back $585 with 2k down. After clicking through to add all taxes documents etc the total price is quoted on their site is $459 per month. They give me link and a full page that says print this and bring it in with you. That's alot different than $686 a month. I don't know how they get away with advertising one price then charging something completely different when you show up after verify over the phone. I have uploaded pictures and screen shots of the quoted price online that I verified with them over the phone and then a picture of the paperwork they tried to sneak in on me after wasting half my day. False advertising and hidden fees are actually illegal practices so I am going to report them to the BBB and the Federal trade commission you can learn more about how the FTC is making rules against these type of bait and switch techniques Car dealers use here at ftc.gov/news-events/news… and if you had a similar experience you should file your report also. I would not trust this dealer, they blatantly lie, they are happy to waste your time and theirs.

I got a new car from Hyundai of Kirkland recently and I'm really happy with how it went. David and Carson were instrumental in making the process smooth and enjoyable. Their professional demeanor, coupled with their willingness to offer a highly competitive price, really stood out.The new Elantra Hybrid Blue is awesome, drives smoothly and fun. I’m now a big fan of Hyundai. I would tell anyone looking to buy a new car to go to Hyundai of Kirkland. The team there, especially David and Carson, will do their best to make sure you’re happy with your car. The excellent service and unbeatable price have made me a loyal customer. I just had THE WORST talk with Hyundai service!I need a blinker light changed on a Sonata and the lady quotes me their hour rate "$205 per hour but it could be more or less." I asked her how long it typically takes, because you need to remove a panel in the wheelwell. She said it depends on if I need a bumper replaced, and if I needed to buy bulbs she'd have to transfer me to someone else for that. I told her I don't need to replace my bumper. She argued that she doesn't know what's wrong with the car. I told her this is the common method of replacing a bulb in a Sonata. She had no idea the process to fix a bulb. She had no idea how long it would take, and she had no idea what the bulbs cost. I told her that I'm used to other car manufacturers are able provide an hourly estimate for a common and simple services (like changing a bulb). I asked her what if I needed another service done on the car, would she have no idea how long that process would take and be unable to provide me an estimate? She said yes, because only a technician would know how long it could take. So then I asked to speak to a technician, and she said technicians don't talk to customers.I couldn't believe what I was hearing, so I had to repeat this all back to her to be sure that I understood her correctly. 1. She doesn't have a book rate/bench rate for common maintenance, 2. she doesn't know the cost for a bulb. 3. Only technicians know, and I'm not allowed to speak to a tech. 4. You just take your car in, and you will get your bill? 5. It is impossible for Hyundai to provide any estimates? She said, "I don't know what to tell you, because she already told you that it's $205 per hour." shrug.Am I going crazy? I can't believe this is how service is done at Hyundai. To me "$205 but could be more or less", for a blinker is NOT an estimate. I don't know if my review reflects the attitude of the service write up employee. She was acting like I was crazy and a nuissance for asking for an estimate. My jaw is on the floor right now. I don't get it because literally every other service shop I've ever been to has been able to provide me a rough estimate at write up. Am I missing something here? It's just a blinker!
