It was my favorite store until today, I think they need to put the sign on the door that they don’t accept “American express” cards and any credit cards, I felt uncomfortable when lady told me they don’t accept credit cards and was forcing me to transfer money to debit and pay with debit, so I ended up not buy anything and never will come back again.

We absolutely love this place! We can find here all the items that remind us of home and make our food complete! Surely nice to see the Bors magic, the pufuleți (corn puffs), zacusca, zefir, etc. Weike very much the Amish cheese for branza cu smantana. Every visit to the store ends with a sweet purchase as here I can find Milka chocolate, lots of flavors.

Absolutely terrible experience!!!Beside that all of the products are overcharged, we got some deli products sliced and it was some end pieces hidden in the middle of the pack. Some old cheese cuts were added to the cheese we picked to be sluced with completely different brand.Never come back to that store.

Excellent selection of Eastern European deli items, very friendly and courteous owners and staff. One of the best deli stores in town. Thank you.

The owner lady(with a mushroom head haircut) is extremely rude and condescending and so are her employees there!!It’s almost like they are just there to make you feel like you are bothering them, and not worthy to be in their presence. I don’t understand their business model.News flash Arbat owners; you’re not in the former ussr, learn how to appreciate your customers that support your business and your livelihood!!If you want to spend your money and get disrespected and put down and get yelled at, then this is the store for you!I now go to Europian Deli off the 85th st in Kirkland by Costco. The wife and husband owners are so nice and helpful and kind there!!Hope this review helps other shoppers:)

Great experience shopping in store as well as curbside pickup. Produce is fresh and tasty, bakery items are delicious, and the store has a variety of niche items that makes shopping for those with allergies convenient and low stress.

Always check products closely before buying in this store! I was customer there for several years and spend $200-$300 a month but when I tried to return a moldy product, the owner’s wife became furious. They didn’t return me $9!))) They decided better to lose the customer. They even spoke with me like I came up with this story ??♀️Probably I should mention that it wasn’t a first time I bought bad products there, but before this happened I just threw them away.By the way, European grocery in Bellevue is great. Much much better! Now I will buy only there )

The only ‘Russian’ store I go to on the Eastside. The place is always clean, it is spacious and bright. Great selection of the basics, never had issues with quality or expiration dates. Good selection of quality sweets, always fresh (high turnover!). In addition to the groceries, they sell gift items, books and have a small pharmacy section.Easy parking.Highly recommended!
