I was rear eneded and decided to bring my vehicle to Crash Champions based off the positive reviews. And from the start I knew I made a good decision from when I brought it in for the assessment and quote, to scheduling, and the constant communication about the progress and status of my vehicle, to even when I picked it up today it was cleaner inside than it was when I left it with them. Also cant mention enough how professional and helpful the staff here is. Thank you again so much Crash Champions of Juanita for taking excellent care of my vehicle. if I could give a 10 star I would.

I had a good experience at Juanita Collision Center. The service was great, with professional staff (Ti.. & Jo....) who provided excellent communication and daily updates. My car was ready on time and the work was top-notch. Highly recommend.

From experience, there’s only a few shops that do good,pro work. Very pleased with the results. In addition, one of the few shops that can match the paint of the vehicle correctly. Will recommend.

My dad took my car to Juanita Collision for an estimate. It was so disappointing. Their website Q&A says walk-in estimates welcome from 8am-5pm M-F. He arrived at 4:10pm after taking time off work to get there in time. They told him they only take estimates until 4pm even though that's not what was indicated on their own website. They didn't even offer a compromise considering he was provided with false/misleading information by the business itself. There was no offer to take photos or any apologies...just didn't care and brushed him off. I can only imagine how I would have been treated as a teen if I had tried to take the car in myself.

My car was hit by another car while parked in a parking lot in November 2023. After calling numerous auto body shops that told me that they could not even perform a damage inspection until January or February 2024, I finally reached out to Juanita Collision Center. Compared to the other auto body shops that I contacted, Juanita Collision was so much friendlier and invited me to stop by the same day for a damage inspection. They were booked until March 2024 for repairs but since my car was drivable and they were so friendly, I booked the repairs. Once I dropped my car off, they provided updates each day of the expected completion date and handled everything directly with the insurance company. I am so happy with their services and my car looks incredible. Thank you so much Juanita Collision Center. Car accidents are stressful, but Juanita Collision made the process so much easier. If you are looking for a repair shop, I 100% recommend Juanita Collision Center.

I was beyond impressed when I picked up my car from Juanita Collison. Not only was the exterior washed and cleaned but the inside was spotless. The body work looked perfect. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this shop! Highly recommend!

Going into this and not being from the area, I was very unsure as the last collision place I had picked for my vehicles failed on every level, but Jaunita Collision exceeded my expectations in every field. If you need repairs from a collision, this is your place! I cannot recommend them enough.
