I went into the branch to open a checking account. As a Canadian citizen, I was well aware that I would be required to provide additional documents to open a US bank account. What I did not expect was the rude and suspicious tone taken by the staff (an Indian woman) in questioning why I was looking to open an account. I answered her questions but it was apparent that she either did not want to allow me to open an account or simply did not know how to do it. There are plenty other financial institutions that will provide better customer service. Hey Key Bank - your staff need better training at this branch.

I came in today in the confidence of getting a checking account here. I pulled out all legal papers to open one I comprehended that arriving in that I wouldn't be able to unlock one due to my expired cards but that is why I brought other documents. As I came in the lady at the front desk was friendly, sure. But the lady who attended to me conveyed such passive-aggressive demeanor and frustration to me while I was just clarifying my circumstance. I don't relish her behavior towards me it occurs as if I was immoral for asking questions and the lady was not having it at all. Whether it was towards me or her personal life being transported in her customer service there are no explanations to providing such frustration over a client inquiring questions. I'm a CEO of a corporation here in Seattle never would I ever employ nor engage with someone like the lady who assisted me with such low-class character. The manager on the other hand was remarkable in rectifying the situation! He should get a raise. To the hiring department, please train people appropriately in customer service. Don't hire people who don't know how to assist people. That's your job. Thanks

I have been banking with this branch since they opened. The service here is over the top and everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable! I recently started a process for an HELOC account with Viji and she has been making this very easy and enjoyable. She knows exactly what needs to be done and is always a step ahead to make sure everything runs smoothly! I can’t recommend her and this branch enough as it is always a pleasure to do business here!

This specific location is not bad at all but keybank in general is by far the worst bank you could put a dime into. The facts that they can't do anything at the location is one thing thats understandable but it is mainly because keybank in general is garbage. They are unlawfully withholding money, make you wait at least an hour just to get on the phone with somebody online, they also like to freeze your account for payments that you genuinely need to make and then aren't able to unfreeze your account and instead decide to reissue a card which takes forever to receive. I don't expect much but I also didn't think they would be this negligent and genuinely rude. They clearly don't care about there customers and are clearly stealing and withholding money from clients. If i were a higher up at key I would be severely disappointed. The employees should be the ones that solve the problem not me because I was not the reason for the problem in the first place. If you f*** up you should be the one to fix it, but I guess key was raised on different morals than I was. This is money that I rely on and I only have $50 in my account that isn't with key meaning that I cant pay bills, pay for gas or pay for food which I dont know about you but Im pretty positive that this is something that key bank employees would also be frustrated about. Would if your employees couldn't make it to work or couldn't eat because of something you did. Great job key. Good thing we have all this great technology nowadays but key couldn't give a rats a** and simply improve their systems. If I were making the same mistakes at my job I would have been fired but I guess thats something you can't comprehend when you have a negative iq score. Key really doesn't care at all though because they are making thousands off of unemployment by continuing to do the same they always have done, steal. Im at the point where if i get any of the money they have stolen from my I will be reinvesting that money into a lawsuit. THANKS FOR READING IF YOU HAVE ANY MONEY IN A KEYBANK ACCOUNT PLEASE MOVE ALL OF IT TO ANOTHER BANK IM NOT THE FIRST PERSON THIS HAS HAPPENED TO BUT MANY PEOPLE INCLUDING FRIENDS AND FAMILY OF MINE.

Wow! I understand with craziness going on everyone has to be careful. However, the branch is open but they will not let anybody into the lobby to withdraw my own money out of my account. What is going on! Is our money being locked up! There is definitely something going on that we don't know about. Do what you have to do!
