My now 9 month old has been in the care of kiddie academy Kirkland since she was 5 months. Her teachers Ms. Jovanna and Ms. Stephanie are extremely patient and good with little kids, tend to them gently and are not shy to give cuddles when needed. The program is designed as per developmental age of infants(in our case) and encourage them for developmental and cognitive milestones with more age appropriate activities.I’d also like to specifically mention Ms. Olive, Ms. Amelia, Ms. Plyton and Ms. Casey. Though they are not directly involved in the care of kids they are on top of their game and my little one enjoys their company.I highly recommend kiddie academy of Kirkland!

I sent my son to Kiddie Academy of Kirkland for two months. However, they were short staffed and there were no lead teachers. This also led to some kids playing rough and hurt my son. So we decided to pull him off.Edit: The center has called and discussed with us the actions they promise to take. We sent my son back to the day care and we saw that the center has taken significant actions to address our feedback. The teachers has listened to our feedback and paid more attention to our concern. That helped making the environment more fun and enjoyable for my son. We hope to continue to see the smiley face everyday.

Kiddie Academy of Kirkland is an excellent daycare. My son had been in KA for two years, and he was very happy every day. Teachers took good care of him and provided interesting knowledges. He made many good friends, and they had a good time together every day! I could see his improvements. I am very appreciated to all his teachers, especially the two lead teachers (Ms. Emily and Ms. Juna). They are both serious, responsible, and patient. Director/supervisors (Ms. Olive, Ms. Amelia, and Ms. Casey) of the school are very reasonable. They are nice, things could be resolved quickly. Highly recommended!

This place is an absolute mess. They have super high teacher turn over rate and most teachers there lack experience. They allow bully happen in the classroom and don't take it seriously. My toddler daughter got hurt five times last month and the teacher don't even know why. Most important, her wounds are not even first aided. Director there said it's cuz teacher lack experience and they will educate. However, similar incident happens again within a few days. Never any improvement. They also move kids up to older classes randomly, not based on age but based on relationship with parents. We switched to another family care now and my daughter is perfectly happy and never come home with scratches or wounds. Quite a few of my daughter's previous classmates are moving or plan to move away from kiddie as well. One of the parents told me it's cuz teacher keeps giving her son dietary food which he's allergy to. Her son has to go to emergency room a few times. Anyway, please avoid this daycare if you really love your kid. They don't have any plan to improve either. All their directors are very defensive and not open to feedbacks.

I had both of my daughters attend Kiddie Academy and I can confidently say that it is an excellent daycare center. The staff is very attentive and takes great care of the children. The program is well-designed and caters to children of all ages. The teachers are for the most part very good and my daughters enjoyed their time there.During the pandemic, Kiddie Academy did an outstanding job of managing the situation. They remained open and took all necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. Despite the challenges of high attrition from teachers, they still provided excellent services to the children. I was very impressed with how well they handled the situation.I would also like to mention the director of the academy, Mrs. Olive. She is an excellent person who is always on top of things. She is very knowledgeable, hardworking, and dedicated to providing the best care possible for the children. I would like to thank her for all of her years of service and for providing excellent care to my daughters.Overall, I highly recommend Kiddie Academy to anyone in need of a daycare center. They take great care of the children and have a dedicated staff that ensures the children are safe and happy. We are extremely thankful with the Kiddie Academy we only have positive experience with the school.

I love this daycare so much. I was extremely nervous about sending my baby to daycare after my husband and I's parental leave was ending. I was on a waiting list for this daycare for almost a year (got on while pregnant), and so glad I was able to get a spot in the infant room. The teachers in the infant room are amazing, so patient and kind. The front office staff is also amazing, as are the people preparing the delicious and healthy meals for the children here. My baby loves the teachers and seeing the other babies in her class. She has created some beautiful artwork at daycare as well, which I will cherish forever. They send great photos of her at the end of the day in the end of day report. The cost is high but you truly get what you pay for, and high quality childcare is one thing I would not skimp out on. She's tried so many new foods here, that would be hard for me to prepare at home due to time constraints. The location is super convenient. The only thing is I wish it opened a little earlier so I could get to work earlier, but that's just one minor inconvenience for me that isn't a huge deal. The classroom is very clean, and the overall facility itself is very well maintained. 100% recommend!

I sadly moved away from my Kiddie Academy, I miss them dearly. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The infant teachers so clearly cared for my daughter and were invested in all the children having a fun and supportive day. The communication was EXCELLENT and I'm finding that is not the case everywhere. Highly recommend!

We love Kiddie Academy. They are absolutely amazing with our daughter who started there when she was 3-months old. Its been almost a year and we couldn’t be happier. She has developed so much under their care and its clear they really pay attention to every personal detail.

We love everything about Kiddie Academy Kirkland. Our son went there since he was 1 yr old to when he started KG. His sister is there now and we're looking forward to her staying there all the way as well. The biggest reason is the amazing, caring, nurturing teachers, staff and management. Tons of timely activities, play time, smiles and laughter. We love how KIK celebrates very diverse holidays and occasions, and how they instill the concept of giving and reading from the library at such an early age. Great, healthy snacks and food to make it well rounded.

This place is a mess. I wish I could give it a negative review. For the last one year, they are having severe stuffing shortage. Most classes are run by temporary, inexperienced teachers. Often then would merge multiple classes. My nephew has been going to this center for last one year and he never had two permanent teachers; at least one of them would be temporary. This makes the place chaotic.Because of lack of experienced teachers, they cannot handle older kids well. In several classes, older kids would bully or hit younger kids. My nephew is being hit almost everyday for last few weeks. It never happened in other day-cares my older son went to.I know Covid makes things hard and I used to have sympathy for the people who run the center. But not any more. It has reached the extreme and yet they haven't stopped taking new students. If you are short on stuffs, stop taking new kids and distribute your resources among existing students! We were planning to keep my nephew in this center for one more year and we already paid a fee (probably 500$) to reserve a spot for next year. We are now giving up the fee and moving to a new place.
