Lin was very unpleasant and rude. Very bad service. Yelling and screaming. This has been repeating behavior. I thought I was going to give it another chance but it’s constantly happening l. Not listening to a customer on the request. Not going back there.

Niko is the fastest barber I've even seen. That is not a compliment. He will start chomping away fast with clippers and will do it super hastily. He leaves uneven lines, no proper fading, it's a mess. Each time I've been here, I've had to guide him on fixing my hair after he blows away the clippings and calls it done. I can only see what I can on the front and sides, so I try to correct him, but when I get home, my wife is horrified with the result. An apprentice would do a much better job. The guy just doesn't care or seem to have any pride on his job. Been coming here for the last few haircuts due to convenience of location and my schedule, but as of today, I'm not coming back again.

Came here for a simple touch up on my color and left with legitimate orange hair on dark brown hair. I am baffled he let me leave like that went to another salon to have them fix their mistake and I was rated worst color correction she’s EVER had I cried so much I’m so sad I paid

This place is a great spot, very good customer service and skilled hair stylists!! Great with kids and always a smile and warm welcome when you arrive! Prices are decent and they cut hair wonderfully!
