I’ve been coming to Kirkland Body&Brain yoga and Tai Chi for over 10 years. My body condition has never been better, my flexibility, balance, and strength has improved so much! My mind is calmer, relaxed and so much more focused! Master Melanie is such a good teacher!!I think everyone needs Body&Brain Yoga-Tai Chi!

What a great way to improve core strength and flexibility! The classes are low impact and still get the blood pumping and energy flowing to all parts of your body. The meditation helps quiet your mind and has made it way easier to get a good night’s sleep. Great mix of all the good things!!

Such a great way to get your energy flowing after a long day at a desk job. The fusion of tai chi and yoga and meditation is taught well and doesn't get stale like some other movement classes I've done. Truly has made a difference in my stress levels and helps me get a restful sleep. Highly recommend the evening classes for winding down your day. Even if you find it hard to meditate, this class will make it seem easy!

This is an amazing place where you can experience the healing of your body with energy. This place also caters for many physical conditions and can adjust for any personal needs. I highly recommend this place, I have seen huge benefits from doing this type of yoga practice.

Wonderful program for daily yoga and Tai Chi, as well as special classes that enhance your experience. It is truly a community with opportunities to travel to yoga sites in Sedona, Korea, and other places.

I have been going to Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi for over a year. It has been a wonderful experience. The staff makes you feel very welcome. The classes are great and easy to follow. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Body & Brain to anyone seeking to improve their mind-body connection and overall health. Since 2018, I have been practicing with them and have seen a significant improvement in my mental and physical wellbeing. The Kirkland school, where I currently train, is fantastic, and the center manager Melanie is knowledgeable, supportive, and passionate about her work. The classes are suitable for people of all ages and backgrounds and use simple yet powerful techniques. Body & Brain has become a place where I have found new friends and a sense of community. Overall, I highly recommend Body & Brain for anyone seeking to improve their mental and physical health.

I have practiced Body and Brain for over 15 years now. Even though I have not been able to consistently attend the in person classes offered in the new Kirkland center since its opening, but the energy I felt every time I went was amazing. Master Melanie is so friendly, energetic and knowledgeable. I always feel different body parts get stretched and am able to focus more on my inner self. Totally enjoy her classes. Feel peaceful , relaxed and rejuvenated after each class. Body and Brain practice is part of my daily life now(online or in person), so grateful to be in the community.

This place is amazing. It’s so much MORE than Yoga & Tai Chi. My heart sings when I pull into the parking lot for classes/private sessions. If you are looking for a place to grow your energy awareness, be calm and centered, and become much stronger and more flexible, look no further. If you are lucky enough to work with Master Melanie, she is the most caring, knowledgeable and patient person. She is always encouraging and shows you by example.

I have enjoyed every class here. A friend of mine has been practicing in this center for about 16 years. She introduced this to me. I tried and then joined happily. This is what I am looking for all the time. Just like the name, the class will benefit our body and brain and everything. The owner/instructor is very nice, energetic and knowledgeable. She has a big heart and is willing to help everybody here!

This practice is a key component of well-being for me. Returning to in-person class has been wonderful, and as always the people are kind and welcoming.
