I was there for 50k maintenance service on my Rogue SV. It was a pre-owned car I bought 3 weeks ago. Staffs are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Nice experience for a first-time customer at this dealer. One star short of 5 is because the tire pressure was inflated too high above the recommended tire pressure after the check. Other items seem to be done well.

I just had a car buying experience here that I think will be hard to ever top! I felt so well taken care of here by Nimrat and the LJ Nissan Kirkland team. Everyone in the building is very professional, very friendly and well informed about their cars! When I was hesitant, Nim helped me explore my options as well as other vehicles and boosted my confidence that I was making the right choice! The financing process was smooth, I was communicated with very clearly at every step, given space for questions and concerns, never pressured into anything I didn't want to buy. I highly recommend Lee Johnson locations, but this one in particular! :)

Found a great pre-owned vehicle for a great price online, and when I reached out to LJ Nissan of Kirkland to confirm it was still available -it was!From my first interaction with my salesperson Anthony Moskaluk, I knew it was going to be a smooth & efficient process. I used the online chat for help initially and was connected to Anthony within seconds. He confirmed the vehicle was there and even offered to send me a quick video walk around after our connection, which he did almost immediately (a really nice personal touch that I was not expecting). He also had the vehicle up front and ready for a test drive the moment I arrived…with both my kids in tow.After our test drive and some additional details about the vehicle I was ready to move forward with the purchase…because it was a really great vehicle…for a really fair price. That process was smooth as well, despite my kid situation. We talked about a few prices for optional services and how I wanted to pay for the vehicle, but I honestly never felt any pressure throughout the entire conversation.The experience in the showroom, to cover paperwork, was pretty relaxing all in all. Due in no small part to the wonderful little quiet room for kids to play…equipped with toys that kids actually want to play with. My kids almost didn’t want to leave right away. I almost didn’t want to take them with me…but I did.Can’t thank you enough Anthony for the great experience! I don’t buy cars often but when I do, I buy LJ.

Took my automobile ( A Nissan) to L J N in Kirkland for a coolant leak they had me in a couple of weeks later to replace the water pump only issue was I just had that replaced the week i bought the car in may 2023. picked up car after "repairs" got home and still have coolant leak. Not only did they not replace the water pump the made the issue worse. they lied on the repairs they lied on the invoice the petty 12 yo they have working as a technician cause they darn sure are not Mechanics, Thought it would be funny? to disconnected the right turn signal. took about a minute to put it back So the joke is on him they did not like me telling them how to do the job I have 35 years in the biz. so not talking smack. they wasted a week of my time did not do the work needed paid the tech for god only knows how many hours, For nothing The bank reversed the charges the they are not only out the money I paid them they are out they time and money they paid the tech. not a good way to run a business if you ask me. one star because I had to put something to post

My sales rep was Anthony. He was very polite, honest and up front during the entire process. Very easy to work with. He listened to what we were looking for. Anthony made the process very easy and quick. Will highly recommend to friends and family.

I was sold a subaru outback that I was excited about. Unfortunately it would not last to myself and the dealers surprise. Lee Johnson was amazing at looking at the car right away and keeping me in a rental until all fixes would be done. When we realized the damage was too much the dealership took it upon themselves to right the situation in my eyes. Got full value of car back and peace of mind that they would not put car back on road. They did everything right and got me into a new car at a great deal. I couldnt be happier.

The sales team were professional and helpful. I was treated very well throughout the sales experience. I even brought one of my best friends in to see the Ariya the day I picked it up, knowing that he would be interested in this amazing vehicle.Also, I was very happy with the no pressure sales experience allowing me to take my time, ask questions, and allow my wife to take a test drive as well.

I had driven BMWs for the previous 6+ years when I decided I wanted to make the move to an EV. At BMW -you get what you get. And their inventory options have been limited -even now when other dealerships have a wide selection! Prior to turning in my X1 MSport Id spent a lot of time doing research on EVs to determine which make & model would fit my needs best. Not kidding when I say that I had an entire spreadsheet of vehicles with comparisons across all EV brands. I had narrowed my choices down to the VW ID.4 and the Nissan Ariya.Once I compared the range, options, horsepower, pricing etc -there was no comparison. The Nissan Ariya was the perfect fit for me. Once I saw the Northern Lights Metallic color in-person -I was truly blown away. Everything the BMW and VW dealerships had was grayscale. White, Black, Gray, Silver. Meh. I had already had a white X1 & had to live with that color as it’s the only color they had with the options I wanted. I wasn’t going to settle for grayscale this time.We visited VW dealerships as well as other EV dealerships. In the not so recent past customers would deal with pressure sales people. Now that’s flipped to being completely ignored at every turn. Not being offered a test drive or additional information. Nothing. It was mind blowing!From the moment I walked into the Lee Johnson Nissan dealership, I was impressed by their exceptional staff -especially Brent Peugh. Brent was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect Ariya. We test drove the Ariya at closing time on a Sunday & I made the final decision about 6 days later. At every turn throughout the week Brent was above and beyond helpful.The process of purchasing my 2023 Nissan Ariya was smooth and efficient, thanks to Lucian. I appreciate the attention to detail and the transparent communication throughout the buying process.I couldn't be happier with my new Ariya and the wonderful team at Lee Johnson Nissan!

I bought my SUV through Brian here, and he was respectful, patient, and kind. This was the best car buying experience I have had. I went in to look at an advertised slightly loved car. When I wasn't quite sure if it was too big or not, Brian walked me through pluses and minuses of similar smaller vehicles on the lot allowing me to make up my mind with the test drives. He asked what features were important to me and didn't watery time showing me things that didn't fit those markers.During the financing, things ran smoothly. The loan specialist explained the different pieces of paperwork and the terms to my satisfaction, and we wrapped pretty quickly. Great experience, highly recommend.

We had an awesome car buying experience here. Just the day before we went here we had a horrible experience at another dealership, so coming here was a 180.They talked numbers with us very transparently. They were very professional and courteous when telling us about our options, and they never tried to manipulate or pressure us.At the previous dealership they were trying to get us to remove the warranty from the deal in order for us to say yes to the amount we were financing. However, the financing manager, Lucian was adamant that he was going to make sure we had a warranty, because he knew it was what’s best for us. He also said he was getting us gap insurance no matter what because he knew that’s what was best for us. We could tell that he genuinely cared about making sure we walked out feeling protected. He may not have known that I saw him doing this, but I saw him hard at work, looking through tons of options, looking at paperwork, calling other companies to find the best warranty option that would make the most sense for us. I literally watched him bend over backwards for us.I spoke with Demetre a lot leading up to coming out there and he was so helpful, he answered any questions I had and let me know gently when my expectations were a little higher than what was possible.While we were there the salesman Will was there helping us figure some stuff out about the car, and while we were signing papers I turned around to check on my son in the lobby and the salesman Will was there, looking up race cars with my son, keeping him entertained and interacting with him. I thought that was really cool and when we left my son said “He was so nice! I wish he was a family member of ours or something!” That’s just totally cool to me.At the other dealership we didn’t want to finance that much, But at this dealership we did exactly that and didn’t even hesitate, because we were getting everything we wanted, and was respectfully explained what our options were. We left feeling protected and cared about.All three of these men that I’ve mentioned seriously deserve a pat on the back, and the boss should buy them lunch. Because they are the reason this dealership got that sale, and they are the reason I will recommend this dealership to anyone who asks my opinion.Thank you so much guys! We’ll be back!

Anthony Moskaluk is a great sales person! Friendly and not at all pushy also knowledgeable! Only reason I didn’t do a 5 is because if there finance guy whose name I forget. He was just kinda rude and really the classic car sales man pushy attitude that was exhausting to deal with, was especially weird when we were paying with cash. But again go to see Anthony and just prep for finance people.

The dealership and staff itself is great! hassle free buying experience, knowledgable employees where they know what theyre talking about, a lot of options to choose from and best of all theyre easy to deal with! what else can you ask for, they offer lifetime warranty on their vehicles and a 2 year complimentary maintenance on their vehicles, hope this review will help other customer to choose this delaership when buying a new nissan vehicle!

Ian was amazing! He was the technician worked on my car to get my A/C fixed and completed the job very quickly with a great result! I am very pleased with the service and highly recommend Ian for anyone else who needs work done! Very impressed and would absolutely take my car to get work done by him in the future.
