If I could give it zero stars I would. The lady running this place is disorganized and self-centered to say the very least. My wife had a glucose appointment scheduled weeks ago and I was called 6 times while at work till I finally answered for her to say 1) basically I need to wake my sleeping wife up to ask her a question and 2) when I told her I was the husband and could answer, she asked me if it was a 1 hour or 3 hour test that we needed. When I said three hours, she said it’s impossible because it interferes with her lunch and she doesn’t work through lunch like the main clinic does. To top it all off, I asked why she is just now calling when this was scheduled weeks ago and she told me “I just got my schedule today so I’m calling you now to tell you that you can’t come in”. I had some very carefully selected words for her as I don’t respond well to people who are disrespectful, and told her thanks for nothing. I would not book at this clinic for anything; especially considering you might get called day of to have your appointment canceled.

Wow! I waited maybe 5 minutes on a Monday I might add. A lot of reviews said they were closed so good news. The lab tech was super sweet and efficient! I wish I remembered her name. Great experience!

The lady at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming. This was my first blood test and she made me feel very comfortable. Overall pleasant experience. Easy 5 stars ?

Tamara is terrific. She is excellent in her skill. She is confident in her work. I have had mixed blood draw experiences with other technicians, (some say my vein is wobbly or small or or). Her calm reassuring confidence matched her skill. She use a smaller needle and with one adept poke, my blood was off to the races. I wish i could have her at every blood draw.I do note some negative Labcorp reviews, but please know this seems to be because labcorp does not adequately staff this location. It seems they do not have a front office person and make the phlebotomist do two jobs simultaneously: check people in, take insurance and visa to secure what insurance does not take, have you sign labcorp papers, etc. Yes, i had an appointment and was on time. How stressful for the patient and the lab technician to have to fulfill two roles. Is hard enough just doing one.On top of that you may have frustrated and grumpy patients/clients, given labcorp's lack of support to the clinic. This is on labcorp.The have a real gem with Tamara and they don't support her. That reflects poorly on labcorp.Anyone reading this, please know Tamara is truly talented. I can even get woozy and have to lay down if they don't get my draw on the first poke or two. I was so relieved Tamara made this often unpleasant experience - both excellent, easy and yes even pleasant.Thank you TamaraLabcorp, you are lucky to have her. Support her more. (and no i don't know her....you can see my profile here at help or message me). Don't lose her - will now seek out this location. Is there a way to see if she is on the schedule? That for me is what is key.

I have been at this place twice for blood work. Tammrag was the best. No pain at all and she did not bruise my arm as many others who did a terrible job. She was also very friendly and very welcoming.

FYI they changed it from being walk in to appointment only. Don’t worry no told me or 3 other people in that office either.Overall though people there are pretty rude, if you can go elsewhere do it.

Diane at the front desk and phlebotomist Tamra were absolutely fantastic. This is the only lab I will be coming to in future, and I have already been sharing my excellent experience with friends. Check-in was a breeze. Diane was so helpful. Tamra is the best phlebotomist I've ever been to, and I have been to too many. *grin* Thank you to both of them for turning my day around!

I had a very positive experience there, partially thanks to an early appointment of 8am.There were plenty of parking space and no wait time. There were two employees working.The environment was bright and clean. There was also sign saying they sanitize the examination room after every visit. The nurse suggested I should have taken more liquid before blood test.

Unlike most people’s experiences that made poor reviews, I fortunately had an easy, quick, and professional experience with everyone there. Some good information to know is that this place accepts outside company drug tests while the one across the street in the hospital doesn’t. However, you need an appointment for this location so make sure to do that.

Had to do a drug test. Was bit worried about this location seeing the rating. But in the end the process was super smooth. I made a schedule on the lapcorp website, got to the lab front desk right at the scheduled time. The lady at the front desk asked for my appointment, name, and the test order number. I was in the lab for at most 5 mins and was out. People complaint about having to read the number to her. There's no scanner. Imagine reading and writing hundreds of barcodes a day.
