Rude front desk and no proper communication, vey irresponsible also don’t communicate well about no tie up with evergreen healthcare after waiting for 40mins they say they need paper work from evergreen for blood work

The front desk seems righteously rude and can only “do one thing at a time” because “there are too many paperwork”.I can understand if they are busy due to the closure of nearby facilities but the attitude seems unnecessary in a hospital setting.The wait time for walk-in at 11AM is around 30-40min. Prepare to come early and wait.

Marrisa at the front desk was incredibly helpful, I forgot my wallet in my car and she was very polite and patient while I got myself together:)Yuliya's stick was absolutely painless and very quick

Rude staff that didn't answer questions properly or understand what people were asking. The entire waiting room was full of patients waiting and confused for hours. I'm never coming back here. I would rather spend extra time driving elsewhere than dealing with this place.

Don't waste your time coming in between 11:00-12:00 because they will turn you away to take a lunch break. Their lunch is from 12-1. Why not change online hours to resemble this need for a longer lunch? such a waste of time. Not to mention the two Russian women working are so loud and rude it was quite the horrible experience.

I’d avoid this place. There seems to be just a sole employee here. She does the job of receptionist (checking in, verifying payment, insurance, orders, etc.) and is also performing the blood draws. She is visibly and understandably stressed trying to do her best to run the entire show. She’s gruff and to the point because she doesn’t have time to do otherwise.If you come here, cut her a lot of slack. Labcorp should be ashamed at running a facility in this way and placing such a burden on a single persons shoulders.

While I am guessing this location was short staffed, it's no excuse for berating patients (including me). I predicted my urine sample would not get processed and that's exactly what happened. Extremely unprofessional. Wasted time by going there.

The Russian lady was pretty nice, especially since she was the only one tending the place and there were people giving her a hard time in the reception area.

When I show up at 11:35 and the place is empty, and your lunch break is at noon, you shouldn't tell me to come back at 1pm. Bloodwork takes ten minutes.. You're just lazy...

What in the name of cluster is this place? I spent hours trying to find an appointment for days because my PCP asked me to get the blood draw after 5 hours of taking a medicine. When I arrived there, they didn’t have my appointment in the system even though I used Labcorp Patient website and got the confirmation. Next there was literally one person who was acting as the receptionist and the phlebotomist. I had to wait for an hour. If they don’t have staff, why do they have a location?

Do not get your blood drawn from here! The first technician tried to take blood from my right arm, and could not find my vein. She then asked the second technician that she couldn’t do it. He tried to take blood from my left arm, but was worse than poking my arm to try to find the vein. He spent A long amount of time . When I said I would go to Federal Way to get my blood drawn. He said I found it.. he inserted the needle. No blood came out. Then he said, let me know when it hurts. He started to move the needle in my arm. I put a stop to it and said I would have it done in Federal Way. My arm was sore for an hour and a half . Note: these technicians seem to be Young and very inexperienced. Someone experience should have been there!

Very bad technique, I had bruise for days after the blood draw.Avoid bring your kids or loved one to this location.

Extremely terrible customer service and attitude from lab technician. Doesn't speak good english (which is fine). But she gets rude when I asked her if she could repeat or clarification. Extremely impatient and doesn't explain. I had to go home and look up own instructions.

My wife and I had our blood drawn here. The office is clean and easy to auto check in. It was fast and efficient.

Avoid this LabCorp site if possible. It appears this is where they send the rejects who can't draw blood, and who have nasty personalities. I've never had a problem with any other LabCorp - but this one is just a mess every single time and it's been that way for a long time.Go over to the one on the 5th floor of the hospital across the street. Save yourself the pain, bruising, and poor customer service of this location.
