This was by far the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. I paid $22 for a car wash and vacuuming, and I expected at least a decent level of service. I thought I’d get the whole free session of self-vacuuming, but the vacuum station only lasted 3 minutes, which was a complete joke. Then, when I got to the vacuum area, it clearly stated that you could insert $1 for 3 minutes of vacuuming. So why the heck am I paying $22 for vacuuming when it’s not even properly included? This is completely ridiculous.

Nice folks but the actual car wash is not very good. Still had plenty of dirt all over my car after leaving the wash.

Purchased 2 cars from lee johnson so I have the free carwashes for life. I absolutely love it. They are always kind and give my car a good spray down before the automatic carwash starts . I love their hours as well. Thanks Lee Johnsons!

I paid for the most expensive wash, expecting my car to come out spotless and shining. Instead, the hood still looked like it had skipped the wash entirely. I showed the attendant, who was nice enough to offer a second run through — free of charge. Unfortunately, after the second wash, the hood was still looking pretty dirty. Definitely not what I expected for the top-tier wash.

Friendly staff, good car wash. It didn’t get completely clean but then again my car had many layers of filth on it, so that’s not the car wash’s fault. If I kept up on washing it at least once a month it would have turned out better. I’ll definitely go back! Thank you.

Disappointed for sure unfortunately. Better than flamingo car wash however. Staff was friendly which is why I rate 2 stars. Just not a good touchless wash. I have soap all over my car still??? Regardless of the quality of clean. I did the extreme clean which is the “best” they offer.

I come here after getting vouchers for maintenance visits at Lee Johnson Nissan Kirkland. Usually no line and wash is good.

It does not clean your car very well and still leaves areas of “foggy” films specially on the rear glass for a hatchback vehicle. Bird poo on roof top was only cleaned half. Worse of all, car wash tunnel usually have dry towels at the end for you to wipe off the water drops on the car. But they don’t have any.

Bought the most expensive Extreme wash, still left a bunch of dirty spots on the car. They promise a vacuum token, which only gives you 3 minutes and has poor suction

Really good car wash. I got the extreme wash which was very good and cleaned my car completely. They give a token for vacuum but it only lasts for 3 min which is not good. But would definitely go there for regular car wash.
