I called Services about a mechanical problem with my 2020 Kia Forte. The e-brake cable has been ripped off of the chassis. I understand the problem, but the service guy that answered my call talked to me like I was a child. I tried to explain this problem in different ways to help him understand the issue. He didn't ask any questions for clarification. After I explained it multiple times, he said "because of your lack of logic you just need to make an appointment". Lack of logic? I'm not a mechanic. He repeated this statement again about my logic and called me a "kiddo" before ending the call. He was not professional, even when he answered the call with "yo yo yo". I'm not one to leave a review but the way this guy handled my call was not okay. My next call will be to corporate

I can highly recommend Calvin Poindexter at Lee Johnson Kia. Last Sunday I purchased a new Kia Sorento Hybrid from Calvin. Calvin took the time to understand what I needed in a car and then helped me to find the car that would best meet that need.He was professional and explained complicated functionality in a way that was easy to understand. There was no pressure and I felt listened to and valued. Calvin clearly stated what he would do and then he followed through. He checked back periodically to ensure that all was going well.I will recommend Calvin to my friends and family and would not hesitate to use him again.

I had my routine service for my Kia Optima on Friday, November 3, 2023. Upon picking up my car later in the afternoon, I was charged $127 along with a 3% credit card fee. Although I was surprised by the 3% fee, they had a sign explaining it. What left me baffled was that no one explained the condition of my car to me. I expected a service report detailing the work performed, but to my astonishment, there was no report attached. I tried calling this morning, but unfortunately, no one has addressed my concerns.

I did not have a good experience at this location sadly. I have brought my Kia Optima here several times for some services & needed to have my sunroof checked & repaired. I scheduled this appointment a month ago requesting to have my sunroof checked as I had a diagnostic done at another auto repair place that stated my sunroof run off was clogged so it was leaking inside on the passenger side. The repair place was not able to do the work so they sent me to the dealership. I arrived the day of my appointment (after waiting for a month with a leak in the sunroof) only to find they don't do this kind of repair and would need a specialist that would be a couple "months". The guy at the front desk was incredibly rude. I was shocked they could see the purpose of my appointment and not call to say they don't do that kind of service. I literally took the day off of work because the person on the phone told me they would need the car most of the day (I only have one vehicle). After this experience, I called a different dealership in Everett that got me in right away, sent me an Uber to the mall to hang while they worked, they completed it within 2 hours and were so incredibly friendly! I will never go back to the Kirkland dealership after this experience.

We bought our car here a few months ago, and we've been very happy with it. Kamoore was great to work with and made us feel well cared for. He knew the car inside and out and was able to easily answer our questions, or admitted he didn't know and quickly looked up the answer for us. Even when things were busy, he went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of.

This is a review for both the service department and sales department at Lee Johnson Kia. My husband moved recently to WA from CA and we both were really worried about dealing with Kia dealerships in WA because we didn't have great experiences with CA dealerships. I brought my Kia Optima Hybrid in for a 60K maintenance service and Jim was the one who helped put me in the system. Jim was really helpful, kind, and professional. He gave me a realistic estimate of when my car would be ready. I told him they could take their time but it only took the service team 1 day and a half to finish maintenance on my car. They gave me a Lyft ride to my home and a Kia shuttle back to the service department when I needed to pick up my car. Pricing was also very reasonable at Lee Johnson Kia for service. We also want to send a shout out to Jeffrey from the sales department for taking the time to have my husband and I test drive an EV6 and get a realistic price breakdown of what it would look like to lease one. We really needed that perspective and really appreciated his non-pushy mellow personality. He was very professional the entire experience. I definitely recommend coming here for your Kia needs.

No complaints about my car buying experience at Lee Johnson Kia. We worked with King Okocha to find the perfect car. King's no-pressure enthusiasm was refreshing and made shopping for and buying a car fun and stress free. King thoughtfully listened to what I wanted in a car and also asked pertinent questions about what I would and wouldn't need in a car. Together we found the right one!I can tell how much everyone at Lee Johnson enjoy their jobs and how much they value working at Lee Johnson Kia. There is a friendly vibe upon walking into the showroom and that translates to the superb, knowledgeable customer service -- this is true for the service, finance, sales, and front desk team.I highly recommend King Okocha and all of the Lee Johnson Kia team for any car shopping/buying needs!!

Highly recommend checking out Lee Johnson Kia if you’re looking to lease or buy a Kia. I had the pleasure of working with Jeffrey Belmonte - he was easygoing, took time to understand my needs (& constraints) and worked with me to get the car I wanted. The process was smoother and faster than I’d anticipated, and I appreciated his willingness to accommodate my requests.Driving away with a beautiful EV6 and I already feel familiar with the car, thanks to Jeff’s knowledge & easygoing teaching manner. Throughout the test drive Jeff described and demo-ed all the safety and driving features in a seamless (and non stressful) way that made them easy for me to try out. Honestly not the experience I’ve had with many other test drives of other vehicles.

Just traded in a really nice 2020 KIA Niro EV for a KIA EV6. Calvin Poindexter was our sales representative. We live in Mill Creek, but got our Niro from Lee Johnson KIA and went back because our experience had been so positive even though there are other KIA dealers closer to home for us. Our experience this time was every bit as positive as the last. Calvin was exceedingly helpful and professional and made the entire process move smoothly for us. We highly recommended KIA, this dealership, and Calvin!

The last time I came in for a service, I noticed new scratches when I got home.Looked closer and realized there was new paint on my car. Base coat on the outside of my clear coat. The dealer did not inform me of any damage to my car.Took the car back in and showed it to them. They never got back to me.Other than that service was good. Just wished they didn't try to hide their mistake and told me about itEdit: GM reached out to me and tried to clear up any issues. Changing rating to 3 star

What a great experience! I highly recommend Jeffrey as he is the only salesperson I have used on multiple car purchases and leases - I recently purchased a used Kia with no relatively knowledge of the brand but knew basically what I wanted and Jeffrey was fantastic in getting my purchase sign sealed and delivered within a few hours! No pressure, no hassle, patient, informative, and continues to happily assist with some little questions I have had since I made the decision and the deal very quickly!Listen, car buying and leases are not something I ever look forward to but Jeffrey and the whole team at Lee Johnson made this experience (and all previous) painless - highly and enthusiastically recommend:)

Julia (internet sales) and Aziz (finance) made our Kia EV-6 car buying experience quite enjoyable. The price was literally thousands of dollars less than quotes I had received from other dealers on the same vehicle. The internet price posted was honored and it was a good value compared to other sites. The dreaded "finance" meeting (we already had arranged outside financing) was very straightforward -- there was only one item we wanted (KIA factory extend warranty that would cover the extensive electronics in this relatively new model EV). Aziz honored our wishes and helped tweak the mileage and deductible to find the sweet spot for our situation. 10/10 would recommend.

I had the best experience with Calvin! I had some specific preferences and he found the perfect car that fit budget and expectations. He was genuine and honest making the process very comfortable and reassuring. Would refer anyone looking to buy from Lee Johnson Kia to ask for Calvin.
