Do not buy the maintenance package! What they don’t tell you, they expire. If you don’t use them all before expiration, too bad! I have a very low mileage vehicle, so did not take it every 6 months. Got the rude”if you had brought it in every 6 months, they would all be used” bs response. All of the 10 oil changes were paid for, now just gone. Complaint filed with Mazda corporate, basically got a “too bad” response. They did give me a gift card covering the last oil change that I had to unexpectedly pay for. Also, service provider “ had to go to a meeting” so I got left in the waiting room for 2 hrs before another rep came to help.

Bradley, Tony, and Aziz were great to work with. I was preapproved in the morning before coming to the dealership, got everything lined up, and just had to go in to get a test drive, assess my trade in, and sign paperwork.
Everyone was very friendly and I didn’t get the feeling anybody was trying to pull anything on me. This was MILES above my experience at a Subaru dealer a few years ago.
I feel like I got a great deal on the lease I signed and I’m excited to have a hybrid! Thanks for making this huge stress so easy!

This was absolutely the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle...and I once worked at a dealership that I purchased a new vehicle from while working there. 🤯💯
My husband and I would like to give special shout-outs and massive kudos to Tony & Patrick in Sales, and Michael in Finance!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 They all made sure we were comfortable, and made sure the process was super easy & smooth. All of them were very personable, friendly, and funny - yet professional. They all three just treated us so well. We both left with big smiles on our faces! I have my baby (vehicle) back, and the Hubster has a manual transmission that I can't drive...so we're both excited!
Again - thank you Tony, Patrick, and Michael 😁 Tell your boss(es) that we said you all immediately deserve double your salaries and 6 months of vacation every year.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Raja and I cannot say enough positive things about them. Raja is kind, caring, patient, and incredibly helpful. Raja was accommodating with my schedule and did not make me feel pressured into making any decisions during our time together. We came in to look at a Mazda CX-5 after having a bad experience at a used car dealership earlier that day. Shaun Barger greeted us right away and helped us through the process, from test drive to driving away in our new car! He was very kind, easy to talk to and patient with me as I tearfully said “goodbye” to my previous car of 10 years. He also helped us get our monthly payment price to within our budget! Overall great experience and we appreciated his customer service!

I bought my first new car, a Mazda CX5, at Lee Johnson Mazda of Kirkland and my experience was amazing!! Conner, the salesperson, was kind, respectful, very knowledgeable, did not pressure at all!, and supported me as I made my choices. Conner is professional and friendly and he communicated clearly and promptly. Conner answered my questions and was most helpful through the the whole process. I am very grateful.
