I have always had great experiences at Legend. Their prices are average/very reasonable. My teen daughter loves to bring inspo pics of fun designs, and they’ve always delivered! I’m a little more predictable with color choices and basic pedicures, but I’m always happy. They’re my go to spot in the area! Open 7 days a week, which is super convenient!

One month my pedi was nice and professional. The next visit, in September 2024, the staff tore or cut me. This infection was so bad, I went to the doctor twice, once for antibiotics, and then to a podiatrist to have my nail excised. Most painful experience in my life.

They don’t know how to do cat-eye nail design you guys better to see the picture that I requested but they did way to bad and she said it’s cat-eye . Even my niece knows when she saw my nails she laughed and said this is not cat-eye lol so funny.
if you don’t have the nail polish say we don’t have it we can’t do that why you guys are tricking people that’s shame

Went in with my daughter for just a childs manicure and got told to come back later because they were busy even though there was one girl doing nothing. It just seems like they didn't want to do it lol so I def won't be coming back

Found this salon during a power outage! Have been 3 times and each time is perfect, and they’ve shaped my nails better than anyone! Reasonable prices as well!

Called in and made an appointment in advance for Mani-Ped and they did great! Warm welcome and very friendly staff. Price is fair unlike the competition. Thanks very much I will definitely be back soon

Best nail place in Kirkland. I always ask for Kitty. If she does a great job freehanding all my nail designs that I request. All I do is usually just bring in a picture normally found on Facebook or Google and she does a fantastic job replicating it. Sometimes we even change it up and add our own extra things and it always comes out fantastic.!

This was my first time here & honestly, the nail tech did the absolute bare minimum with my pedicure. I shouldn't have to tell her to cut my toenails so that they're even & match both feet. Good nail techs do that automatically. Same with clipping the thick skin above my nails. Even though I'm young she still should have taken more time exfoliating my heels with the correct tool because it's what I'm paying for, instead of rubbing my heels twice with a cheese grater & telling me that "I don't need much". No water or soda offered to me but as soon as two blonde Caucasian women walk in it's offered to them. This was also the first time ever that no one helped me put on my sandals. I should have listened to the reviews & went elsewhere. $50 for a pedicure in this economy isn't chump change.

I just went back and had another great experience with Kitty.
I had a great experience on Mother's Day! I was able to get my dip/full set at the same time as the pedicure. My nails came out exactly how I wanted; the tech was a perfectionist. For the price, I wish the foot massage was longer in the deluxe pedicures. I will return for maintenance!

I've been getting my nails done here for years. I found a gift card from before the pandemic and they would not honor it. I reported this to the BBB and the business did not even bother to respond. I will not return. Edit: I was in no way rude to the staff. That is a false claim. Also, there was no expiration date on the gift card.

I've been a customer for years. Legend is under new ownership, and the changes he's made are all positive! Every one who works there is friendly and does a great job. Definitely give them a try!

We were able to get 3 of us pedicures yesterday with a last minute call. The team at Legend were clear about the timing/availability and accommodated our party. Nic environment, friendly service. Toes look great, thank you!

Nice place. The woman who worked on my mother-in-law's toes worked very hard but was gentle too. We were impressed with the care given!
