This was my first experience with LensCrafters, and it couldn't have gone better! Ander at the Totem Lake store was great to work with; he had my best interest in mind when setting up my order and was very accommodating, considering I live on the other side of the state with no store in town.

This place has the best customer service. I needed to have my glasses adjusted -- so not even a paying customer, because they do this service for free -- and Derek was so warm, went out of his way to help, and so clear with his explanations.
