Car was making an odd noise and was pretty sure it was just something lodged in the brakes or something. I was able to come in and they fixed it with no issue.

Walk-in for tire repair, done in 2 hours even that was a busy day. Received complimentary tire repair which was a surprise. Will come back for future business if any.

Had a roofing nail in a rear tire, so called and was told they could repair in an hour or so. Ryan, who was friendly and professional, looked me up in their system, and since it had been a while since the tires had been rotated, I asked about the cost to do that also. He said, “No charge,” which surprised me. A bigger surprise happened when I picked the car up, as the tire repair AND rotation was $0. I asked the friendly woman that checked me out if I could leave a $10 tip for the person that did the work and she nicely obliged me.
Outstanding and unexpected service like this starts at the top and I have to believe that Les set the standard over 70 years ago!

We’ve been coming to this Les Schwab in Kirkland, WA for over 15 years. The team at the front desk and in the shop are friendly and knowledgeable. The always fit us in, even without an appointment. I trust then that they have our best interest in mind. I highly recommend!

Les Shwab was great again. Got my tire mounted on my new wheel quickly then offered to bolt it on my car which took almost 90 minutes.

Patricia helped me with my order today. The store was clean and the customer service was superb! She recommended the almond croissant with my latte (which was perfect). I’m their new regular!

I came to fix a flat tire. The store staff were helpful and patient. They fixed my tire in 20 minutes and let me go. Not only they didn’t try to upsell me anything they also didn’t charge me anything for the work and recommended to replace tires in few months.
Great service, I will comeback when I will need to replace tires

I call on the phone for a quote and the guy on the phone acted SO annoyed with any question I have. like asking for a price breakdown and asking if he can wait 15 seconds for me to run outside to check the size of my tires isnt that much of a inconvenience but he acted like I just asked him to help me move or something. why is almost every human I have to interact with on this planet so miserable these days.
