My sister got the poor person with a vagina treatment, she needed some work done and they said they wouldn't do it unless she got new tires. She paid for the new tires and apparently a baring and got the car back with more noises than it made before. And the problem she had originally is still there. 1200 bucks for new tires and more noises. Oh yeah, and they quoted 700 bucks for new brake pads. Lol

Toxic workplace culture, terrible management, avoid working here at all costs. If you want a job that pays just above minimum wage, go work someplace like Home Depot instead. Home Depot at least only employs you for just under 40 hours/week to avoid giving you benefits--Les Schwab just lays you off after a few months to avoid it, and hires a new person.They preach breaking your back and sprinting to customer cars for proper customer service, but then when you get tipped for good customer service the boss just pockets the tip for himself due to "company policy". This is an anecdote, not a hypothetical.

Nobody does tires as good as Les Scwab. Great selection of tires in several price points, same day appointment at 4pm was out the door before 5 with perfect tires and perfectly friendly helpful service.

There’s no doubt this Les Schwab has a very high rating. As a matter of fact, I’m quite surprised how it is not all 5 stars. I had a flat tire and knowing from my past good experience with another Les Schwab, I had no hesitation to go straight to Les Schwab than anywhere else. This one in Kirkland did not disappoint me. They fixed the flat tire for free of charge and only said they would appreciate if I purchase tires from them when I need them in the future. I was advised that my tires are still good for awhile but I will definitely purchase tires from this store when I need them in the future. More than 5 stars for this place!

I walked in several days ago because my front left tire was losing pressure. The staff here were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t wait long, they helped me fix the tire, explained it very clearly. Eventually they found a screw that caused the leak. I am so grateful.

I've brought my car to these guys twice now. They're absolutely incredible. Today, they went above and beyond on my brake service. Special shout out to Wes, that guy deserves a raise.I had some tires changed after my stock tire burst on me in December, and at the time, nothing was said about my brakes. I was getting my oil changed at the Jiffy Lube in Woodinville, and the team lead there was being extremely insistent in trying to push the brake job on me, saying that my brakes were unsafe to drive on. I found that suspicious, so I brought it here for a second opinion, and because when my tires were changed, Les Schwab didn't try to sell me on a full set of tires even though they could have.I called in and was told appointments were booked up, but I could drop my vehicle off and they'd work on it when they had time, so I did so, thinking that my car wouldn't be ready until the next day at the earliest.Lo and behold, they called me later in the day and told me that my brakes actually were okay to drive on for a little longer if I didn't want to get the job done now, but I opted to do it anyways since I'm commuting long distance a lot these days (and because I'd rather have given them my business than Jiffy Lube after that).To my surprise, they had it ready in a couple of hours, working late on it to get it back to me tonight. I was shocked, and took an Uber back to get my car.Wes is an absolute rockstar; because of him, I saved almost 300 dollars from the original quoted price! He was able to find better-priced parts and pulled some strings to get them to the shop ASAP. If that isn't quality customer service, I don't know what is.This Les Schwab is a local treasure; even the Uber drivers I used to get back and forth from the shop love this place. They don't try to sell customers things they don't need, they know what they're doing, they guarantee their work, and that's why we give them our business versus other mechanic shops.I liked Les Schwab a lot before, every experience I've had has always been positive, but after seeing these guys for both my tires and brakes now, I'm sold for life. I will never go to another mechanic again unless it's work that Les Schwab doesn't do.Please give these guys awards/raises, especially Wes, they are absolute legends and beloved by all of us in the area.

I made an appointment with 3 weeks lead time. My car was given no priority and it took 6 hours to do a front brake job and was charged on outrageous price.

One of my tire leaks slowly. Went to another shop nearby first, but they didn’t find anything to fix, and said the tire is all good. But since then it still leaks, and I had to inflate every week. Eventually I came here to see if I am lucky enough to have it fixed. An hour after dropping off I got a call saying there is corrosion around the wheel. It is fixed for free!

Took my Tesla for alignment check and tire rotation as the nearby Firestone doesn't work on Tesla. The front desk staff, David and the lady, were all very nice. Technician Wesley was clear to explain each minor misalignment to me, the impact, and consequences if I didn't pay to fix. Although I was ready to pay, at the end, he found out.the new Model Y cannot be adjusted for the front camber easily so he asked me to go back to Tesla while adjusting the other toes with no charge. Also patch my tire for free.Later, Tesla service dept confirmed that the new camber needs to be adjusted from the frunk, not from beneath.That shows that the folks in Les Schwab were honest. If they can't do it, they won't force themselves to make something happen just to earn money from clients.

I left my Tesla model S with them for a wheel alignment.They returned the car with alignment outside OEM spec.Allowed cross camber difference is 0.2. They returned it with 0.6. That is 300% higher.Cross SAI was 4.7. It should be 0.It seems like they charged me without fixing anything.
