Coffee is good but they watch you like a hawk if you are going to tip them or not when paying with a card. Makes me very uncomfortable not coming back

A few days ago, one of the girls who took my order added a tip herself! Didn't even say the total or have me sign, so I asked for the receipt when I drove up for the coffee and she added her own tip!

I used to be a regular customer and loved their coffee but in the past two days I have had terrible experiences. Yesterday they filled my 16 oz latte half full and today they handed me a cold 16oz latte that I had to come home and microwave. I will be taking a long break before returning.
