Michaels is a life saver for us when we have last minute school projects due. We've stopped by multiple times over the years to pick up plain t-shirts for various school theme days so we can decorate the shirts, to picking up stickers and different holiday themed decorations. Michaels has everything from the fake silk flowers, Circuit machines, beads, cake decoration supplies, tie-dye, to other things I can't even think to list. We last stopped by to pick up a chalk board for the first day of school and some fun colored chalk - both were conveniently placed upfront in easy to find locations! If you can, sign up for the e-mails and you get a nice $5 discount coupon you can use. We like the discount, and it helps whenever we have crafty projects to complete. Staff have always been nice and friendly, and when busy, they aren't able to walk us to the aisle, but otherwise, we've been directed to the correct aisle. It's fun to browse all the different crafting things here, and the sales are worth picking up supplies for holiday decorations. They also had a nice selection of LGBTQ+ craft items like little pride flags, ribbons, and various rainbow themed items - we did pick up a spool of rainbow ribbon for rainbow day for school though, which was convenient.

This place is great even for guys. I found materials to make a template to paint the numbers on my house. Home depot didn't have it but Micheals did.

Worst customer service ever. The lady stood behind the counter. Kind of told me where I might be able to find something and that was it. So disgusting. When you can't even get somebody to help you in a store like as big as Michael's. I will never come back and I will never recommend this place to anybody if it ever has talked about I'm gonna put this place down like no tomorrow. Any Michaels in Seattle to me sucks.

Absolutely no customer service. One cashier and no floor help. Out of stock on many items that one would expect to find at Michael's.

This place is great, don't listen to others. Literally one of the only places in the godforsaken east side where I can get my supplies. The staff has always been helpful, the prices and selection great. Sure it's on a corner of a intersection so what? Don't go there during rush hour? Or learn to do a U turn properly. Love this store and have been going here for 4 years now. So yah... that's my unbiased review. Some people complain too much what can I say?

Nice, Big, Store! Dang! Very Quiet and not Too Many Customers to feel comfortable and safe. The two Ladies I encountered were Super Sweet and answered my questions about product and one walked me directly to where another product, I couldn't find, on the bottom shelf and not very visible.Had exactly what I had wanted and, as always, something else makes it in the basket! ?I Will be returning for frames/framing as a few pictures were broken in the move from Texas.It's VERY DANGEROUS for me that the store is only half mile away! ???Great Experience and Looking Forward to another visit!Soon!
