I've been going to this place for nearly 10 years and 2 or 3 years ago ryan tells me im on a no buy list for what reason who knows he certainly doesn't and neither do I, I have a clean record and I don't deal with stolen property. The funny thing is I can do business every other place I go except his shop. Anyways that happened a few years ago so I go in there today thinking that I'm good now and he tells me the same thing WTF! I just drove from west seattle in traffic with no ac to get turned away again. I really needed to sell this 10 grams of 14k gold to pay bills. He doesn't give a flying f**** Cash America here i come, at least they'll do business with me.

My family and I always go to A1 instead of anywhere else in the state . Ryan is pretty awesome and gives you the highest amount for what you got ! Always leave his store happy and always nice to get a lollipop too LOL. If you are looking around where to sell your gold, silver or any gift cards check this place out for sure ! You won't be disappointed.

Had a great experience at A1 Cash Now. After cleaning out closets, I organized my jewelry box, and had a few single earrings, gold and silver chains. I had no idea if the items were worth much, so we went to A1. The owner was honest and straightforward, and offered fair prices for the jewelry. I would highly recommend going to A1 Cash.

This place is awesome the owner is a great guy always very fair and will give you the best price for whatever service you are in for. He purchases gift cards at the highest rate I have ever found and also will give you the best rate on gold or precious metals. Also very nice analogy of a person and a great guy to talk to. Gives discounts after repeat business. I would recommend to anyone

To be objective .. have to start by saying that I've been coming to a one for quite some time and working directly with owner who's the Fantastic guy we've had our differences but he's always done his best come to a resolve that was best for both of us. Now being a business owner myself I understand how this happens as you grow you have a tendency to hire on and not have as much control over day-to-day operations as in who's running the place such is the case here the guy that I see their most often which I believe is the only employee now has an attitude. He wants to be a boss and he oversteps after over 5 years of coming here one single incident he had an attitude I called him on it over the sales one gift card which there was no issue with he was just mad at me for confronting in all the time I've come here I have never done them wrong I've cast well over $100,000 in checks to date I have never sold them anything that wasn't 100% legitimate he has no valid reason for Banning me from the store and I'm not sure the boss even knows he's just got an attitude sadly I fear there will be much business lost over this as I know that I am not alone in this complaint... I've other customers that the same treatment first hand..have heard this from friends of mine that have gone in and mine is not the first review online mentioning this particular employee the only remorse I have about posting this review is that I did not get a chance to speak to the owner before doing so not that I didn't try you just lately seems to be inaccessible and for the record the fact that the shop was raided a couple of weeks ago and are currently under investigation for marketing stolen property has no bearing on my decision to post this review at all and it's completely unrelated

These are my guys! Solid customer service and always friendly. Cashed a decent sized check and was walked out to my car for safety. I drive out of my way to come to A1. Thank you!!!
